14. This QS is still registered as a QS for formal electrical work?
15. Required Qualified Supervisor (HA) has been replaced within 120 days, or named competent person has been advised to NICEIC Head Office within 30 days, of registered QS (HA) leaving employment.
16. Proposed QS (HA) has two consecutive years electrical installation work supervisory/managerial responsibility with respect to hazardous areas and is registered with the NICEIC as a Qualified Supervisor.
17. Proposed QS (HA) satisfies training/experience requirements as prescribed by the Council.
18. Proposed QS (HA) does satisfy the requirements for refresher training with respect to hazardous areas.
19. QS (HA) is responsible on a day to day basis for the safety, quality and technical standard of the electrical work in hazardous areas.

22. Qualified Supervisor is conversant with current editions of EN60079-10, EN60079-14, EN60079-17 and EN61241-10, EN61241-14, EN61241-17 and the requirements of ATEX, as appropriate.
23. Qualified Supervisor is conversant with prescribed guidance material, EEMUA Publication 186 and the current version of the APEA/IP Guide as appropriate.
24. QS is fully versed in inspection, testing, verification, certification/reporting procedures for the range of electrical work undertaken in hazardous areas.
25. Qualified Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that results of inspection and testing are accurately recorded on prescribed forms and is reviewing and conforming that the results are acceptable.
26. Sufficient, full time Qualified Supervisors (HA) are employed.
27. Electrical work in hazardous areas are undertaken by competent persons.
28. Competent persons satisfy the requirements for training/refresher training with respect to hazardous areas.
