• The “A-Rated” Gas Condensing and Combi Boilers ensure the heat that is required is produced efficiently thus reducing costs and energy wastage. The stove fitted in the houses allows the occupier to use a renewable energy as the heat source for the living room and as an alternative to the boiler.

• Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Panels produce electricity from solar radiation using solar cells encapsulated in panels called PV modules. PV systems generate DC electricity from these modules and this electricity is converted from DC to AC electricity for general use in the building. PV is the most reliable and stable of all renewables with no moving parts and requiring very little maintenance.

• Main pipe runs are insulated and hot water cylinder is pre-insulated which maximises efficiency and reduces heat loss.
