Submitted by:  Jason Palmer, Treasurer Finance Committee Members:  Jason Palmer, Christina Kamaka, and Jamie Asato

Attached to this report the Company’s financial statements for the fiscal year ending

June 30, 2014, and the fiscal year 204/2015 proposed budget.  Results Compared to 2013/2014 Budget ‐ The Company had net income of $91,000 in excess of the budgeted net income for the July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2014 fiscal year.  This is largely due to a successful Educational Forum under budget by approximately $46,000, and several large budgeted expense items: Economic Impact Study ‐ $10K, Marketing ‐ $10K, Promotions – 4K, and Lobbying Expenses – $6K all of which were not utilized in the fiscal year.   Review of Cash Portfolio ‐ The Company currently has approximately $489,000 in cash and cash equivalents invested as follows:

Type of Cash & Cash Equivalents  Amount as of 6/30/2014

Checking Account, with no return  $137,552 Money Market Account, yielding .07%  $100,106 Certificate of Deposit, yielding .15%, and set to mature on January 28, 2015
