Indulge in your choice of traditional Christmas Day feasts, from an intimate table for two to our family event with ‘Host the Roast’ where you carve the turkey for the family. In the afternoon enjoy a refreshing stroll along the loch side, or simply just relax by the roaring log fire and soak up the atmosphere with festive family entertainment. Christmas Eve on the banks of Loch Lomond is truly magical. Arrive to a warm welcome with the sound of the pipes. As the magical hour approaches our younger guests join Mrs Claus for a Christmas story ‘The Night Before Christmas’. For those who wish you can join our mass service in the local village church. Upon your return enjoy warm mince pies and a hot toddy beside open fires.

NEW YEAR’S EVE

As you approach Cameron House you will be greeted by the stirring sound of our highland piper playing a traditional Scottish welcome for a true Scottish New Year. The expectations rise and for the more adventurous, join us in preparation for your Scottish New Year with Scottish dancing lessons and whisky tasting. Our Pipe Major will signal the arrival of our Hogmanay celebrations with the popping of the Champagne corks for a sparkling reception.

Attend the event of your choice - The ‘Gathering of the Clans’ formal ceilidh, the family gathering ‘Hogmanay Hoolie’ at The Boathouse or an intimate table in the Cameron Grill. At midnight, follow the piper to watch the fireworks display from the lawn and enjoy the traditional sounds of the pipe band, to herald the start of a memorable 2017.

NEW YEAR’S DAY

New Year’s Day in Scotland is an occasion not to be missed, start with a glass of prosecco to enjoy with breakfast, then enjoy an inspired range of activities to allow for either a leisurely or action-packed day, a cruise past the snow-capped peak of Ben Lomond on board our luxury 46ft motor cruiser, a falconry display or a New Year’s day walk on the bonny banks of Loch Lomond.
