VigyázaT!az elszívott levegő nem vezethető be füst, gáz elvezetésére szolgá-ló kéménybe, füstcsőbe, amely elektromos áramtól eltérő energiafor-rással üzemelő készülék égéstermékét vezeti el (központi fűtési rend-szerek, stb). az elszívott levegő kivezetését a hatályos előírásoknak, biztonsági kö-vetelményeknek megfelelően kivitelezzük.amennyiben az elszívó mellett egyéb, gáz, olaj vagy szén égetésével működő készüléket üzemel, a hatályos jogszabályoknak, előírásoknak megfelelően szellőztessük a helyiséget.a levegő külső kivezetését szolgáló motor a tápfeszültséget a konyhá-ba beépített páraelszívótól kapja.mielőtt a páraelszívót csatlakoztatjuk a hálózati áramkörhöz, ellen-őrizzük, hogy a készülék típustábláján jelzett, a tápfeszültségre vonat-kozó paraméterek megegyezzenek a hálózati áramkör paraméterei-vel.tisztítás vagy karbantartás előtt mindig áramtalanítsuk a készüléket, csatlakoztassuk le a készüléket a hálózati áramkörről.Hosszú távon a készülék megfelelő működése és teljesítménye kizáró-lag folyamatos és az utasítások szerinti karbantartással tartható fenn.a sem típusú külső motorok i-es osztályú berendezések, vagyis eze-ket szigorúan földelni kell.

Hasznos figyelmeztetések!– a levegő kivezető légcsatorna hossza ne haladja meg az 5 métert.– a csövezés kialakítása során a lehető legkevesebb könyököt használjunk. minden egyes könyök, ív 1 fo-

lyóméterrel csökkenti az elérhető hosszt. (Például amennyiben két 90°-os könyököt alkalmazunk, a cső hossza nem haladhatja meg a 3 métert.)

– olyan csövet alkalmazzunk, amelynek anyaga valamely illetékes vállalat tanúsításával bír.– Fontos, hogy a cső átmérője ne változzon (150 mm az ajánlott átmérő).– Gondosan tanulmányozzuk át a használati útmutatót, és a készülék felszerelésére vonatkozó szerelé-

si útmutatót.– a használati útmutatóban foglalt utasítások figyelmen kívül hagyásából eredő, teljesítményre vagy

magas zajszintre vonatkozó problémákért a sirius nem vállal felelősséget.– sem 8/7 200 mm átmérőjű, a kivezető légcsatornához történő csatlakozásra szolgáló csőcsonkkal van

ellátva. amennyiben a külső ventilátorhoz csatlakoztatni kívánt berendezés szintén 200 mm átmérőjű nyílással van ellátva, a megfelelő teljesítmény elérése érdekében javasolt ekkora, vagyis 200 mm átmé-rőjű légcsatorna használata. amennyiben a berendezés 150 mm átmérőjű nyílással van ellátva, javasolt a készülékhez tartozékként járó szűkítő (200 mm-ről 150-re) csatlakozó idom használata.

az elektromos doboz kábelét ne vágjuk el, más kábelekkel ne fűzzük össze, mivel ez ronthatja a készü-lék teljesítményét vagy a biztonságos működésben okozhat zavart. ezen túlmenően a gyártói garancia is érvényét veszti.

FigyElEM! a használt motor felvett teljesítményéről (Watt) történő pontos tájékoztatás érdekében a gyár szakemberei a típustábla mellett található címkén kipipálták az adott készülék teljesítményt (lásd az alábbi ábrán).

Usefulwarnings:- Use an air outlet pipe with a maximum length not higher than 5 meters. - Limit the number of bends in the exhausting pipe as every bend reduces the performance up to one linear meter. (If you use 2 90° bends, than the length of the pipe has not to be higher than 3 meters).- The material for the pipe has to be approved by an authorized company.- It is important to avoid changes in the diameter (we recommend a diameter of 150mm).- Read carefully the manual of instructions and installation of the unit.- Sirius will not be responsible for problems of capacity and/ or noise level due to the missed respect of the warnings included in the manual of instructions. - SEM8/7 are equipped with a 200mm diameter hole for the exhausting pipe. If the unit that has to be connected to the remote fan is already equipped with a 200mm diameter hole, the nit is recommended to use a pipe with the same diameter in order to get good performances. Otherwise, if the unit is equipped with a 150mm diameter hole, than it is recommended to use the joint (from 200mm to 150mm), already supplied with the unit.The electric box cable should not be cut or joined together with other cables, since it could compromise the proper working and the safety conditions of the appliance. Furthermore, this will invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty coverage.

CAUTION: In order to know the exact power input in (WATT) of the motor being used, the technician shall tick the box corresponding to the SEM unit used on the label placed next to the rating label, as shown in the figure below. “

Warnings!As a result of the new EU65 “Energy label” and EU66 “ Ecodesign” regulations issued by the European Commission, which came into force on January 1st, 2015 , our products have been adapted to comply with these new requirements. All of the models complying with the energy label requirements, are equipped with new electronics including a timer device for suction spe-eds control, when the air capacity exceeds 650m3/h.

SEM1, SEM2 and SEM12 products have the timer control function activated at IV speed for 6 mi-nutes, if it is combined with a DOWNDRAFT or 5 minutes if it is combined with other products, such as ceiling hoods, wall hoods and island hoods. Once the abovementioned times elapse, the motor will switch to 3rd speed automatically.

SEM 1 (1. ábra) – SEM 8 (1a. ábra)

a készülék a pára és kellemetlen szagok csendes és hatékony módon történő kivezetésére szolgál. a ké-szüléket a házba kell beépíteni és a konyhai páraelszívóhoz kell csatlakoztatni (2. ábra).

Telepítési módok: a telepítés megkönnyítése érdekében a készülék vízszintes helyzetben mind falra, mind mennyezetre, illetve padlóra is telepíthető (3. ábra), illetőleg függőleges helyzetben a tartókon-zolra (4. ábra).Megjegyzés! Függőleges helyzetben történő telepítésnél a tartókat a hosszabbik oldalra kell felsze-relnünk (6. ábra).

a készülék telepítése: a telepítés módjának és a készülék helyének kijelölését követően a tartozékként járó tartók nyílásaiba helyezzük be a rezgéscsillapító gumi sapkákat (5C. ábra).a gumi sapkákat arra az oldalra tegyük, ahol a tartó a fallal találkozik.a tartókat (5a. ábra) illesszük a külső elszívó motor oldalához úgy, hogy a tartókon lévő lyukak illeszked-jenek a motoron lévő furatokkal. a tartozékként járó csavarokkal rögzítsük a tartókat (5B. ábra).a teljes egységet illesszük az előzetesen kijelölt rögzítési felületre, majd a tartón lévő lyukak helyét jelöl-jük át erre a felületre. a jelölt pontokon fúrjuk meg a felületet.a tartozékként kapott műanyag dübeleket (6a. ábra) helyezzük a furatokba. a teljes egységet helyezzük úgy a felületre, hogy a tartón lévő lyukak illeszkedjenek a dübelekkel. az egységet a a tartozékként ka-pott csavarokkal rögzítsük (6B. ábra).

légcsatorna (csövek) csatlakoztatása: a készülék a csövek csatlakoztatása érdekében rendelkezik egy bemenő és egy kimenő nyílással. mielőtt csatlakoztatnánk a kivezető csöveket, ellenőrizzük a külső cím-kén jelölt levegő áramlási irányt (7. ábra). Csatlakoztassuk a csöveket, majd a megfelelő szorítóbilincsek-kel rögzítsük azokat (a bejövő és a kimenő csövek rögzítésére szolgáló szorítóbilincseket a telepítést vég-ző személy, cég biztosítja). a bejövő csövet (7a. ábra) csatlakoztassuk a konyhai páraelszívóhoz, míg a ki-menő csövet az épületen kívülre kell elvezetnünk (7B. ábra). a külső motor kábelét csatlakoztassuk a bekötő műanyag dobozon belül található kapocssorhoz. az elektromos csatlakoztatás kivitelezésekor ügyeljünk, hogy a megfelelő színű vezetékeket csatlakoz-tassuk egymáshoz (8. ábra).

SEM 2 (9. ábra)

a készülék a pára és kellemetlen szagok csendes és hatékony módon történő kivezetésére szolgál. a ké-szüléket a házon kívül, a ház főfalának külső oldalára kell beépíteni, és a konyhai páraelszívóhoz kell csat-lakoztatni (10. ábra).

Telepítés: a telepítést kizárólag képzett szakember végezheti. a megfelelő sablon és fúrókalapács hasz-nálatával a külső falon megjelölt összes lyukat meg kell fúrni, ügyelve, hogy se vízcső, se villanyvezeték ne károsodjon.a külső falon az átjelölt pontokon a lyukakat 8 mm-es fúrószárral kell megfúrni. Ezt követően a kifúrt lyukakba az alábbi elemeket kell behelyezni:– a tartozékként kapott műanyag dübeleket (11a. ábra);– a 160 mm-es lyukba a két részes teleszkópos csövet;– a 40 mm-es műanyag csövet.mielőtt a készüléket a falra felfektetik, a műanyag csőbe be kell helyezni a tápkábelt. a készülék felsze-relése a külső, rozsdamentes acél ház nélkül történik, amelyet előzőleg a motor egységről le kell csava-rozni. a motor egységen lévő lyukakat illesszük a falba behelyezett dübelekhez, majd a tartozékként járó csavarokkal rögzítsük a motor egységet (11B. ábra).

csövek csatlakoztatása: a készülék egy bemenő nyílással rendelkezik, amely a teleszkópos csőhöz és a levegő kivezető nyíláshoz történő csatlakoztatásra szolgál. miután a készülék külső falon történő rögzítése megtörtént, csatlakoztassuk a falba helyezett két részes, teleszkópos csövet a konyhai páraelszívótól érkező flexibilis csőhöz (12. ábra).a csövek egymáshoz történő rögzítését megfelelő szorítóbilincsekkel kell kivitelezni, ahol a csöveket és a szorítóbilincseket a telepítést végző személy, cég biztosítja.

a motor egység elektromos csatlakoztatása:a külső motor kábelét csatlakoztassuk az elektromos hálózatban kialakított műanyag szerelődobozon belül található kapocssorhoz. az elektromos csatlakoztatás kivitelezésekor ügyeljünk, hogy a megfelelő színű vezetékeket csatlakoztassuk egymáshoz (14. ábra).

a víz beszivárgását megelőzendő a készülék körül, a külső fallal érintkező peremre szilikon tömítőréteget kell felvinni.

a rozsdamentes acél külső ház visszaszerelése: helyezzük vissza a rozsdamentes acél házat úgy, hogy a levegő kivezető rács illeszkedjen a motor kivezető nyílásához (13. ábra).

SEM 7 (15. ábra)

a készülék a pára és kellemetlen szagok csendes és hatékony módon történő kivezetésére szolgál. a ké-szüléket a házon kívül, a ház főfalának külső oldalára kell beépíteni, és a konyhai páraelszívóhoz kell csat-lakoztatni (16. ábra).

Telepítés:a telepítést kizárólag képzett szakember végezheti. a megfelelő sablon és fúrókalapács használatával a külső falon megjelölt összes lyukat meg kell fúrni (17. ábra), ügyelve, hogy se vízcső, se villanyvezeték ne károsodjon. a külső falon az átjelölt pontokon a lyukakat 8 mm-es fúrószárral kell megfúrni.

Ezt követően a kifúrt lyukakba az alábbi elemeket kell behelyezni:– a tartozékként kapott műanyag dübeleket (17. ábra);– a 200 mm-es lyukba a két részes teleszkópos csövet;– a 40 mm-es műanyag csövet.a készülék falra történő felhelyezését megelőzően a külső, rozsdamentes fedelet a 8 db tartócsavar eltá-volításával le kell szerelni, ezt követően a tápkábelt be kell vezetni a műanyag csőbe. a készüléket a rozs-damentes acél fedél nélkül szereljük fel (amely egy korábbi lépés során leszerelésre került). a motor egy-ségen lévő lyukakat illesszük a falba behelyezett dübelekhez, majd a tartozékként járó csavarokkal rög-zítsük a motor egységet.

csövek csatlakoztatása: a készülék egy bemenő nyílással rendelkezik, amely a teleszkópos csőhöz és a levegő kivezető nyíláshoz történő csatlakoztatásra szolgál. miután a készülék külső falon történő rögzítése megtörtént, csatlakoztassuk a falba helyezett két részes, teleszkópos csövet a konyhai páraelszívótól érkező flexibilis csőhöz (12C. ábra).a rögzítési műveleteket megfelelő fém szerszámokkal kell végrehajtani (a szerszámokat és a csöveket a telepítést végző személy, cég biztosítja).

a motor egység elektromos csatlakoztatása:a külső motor kábelét csatlakoztassuk az elektromos hálózatban kialakított műanyag szerelődobozon belül található kapocssorhoz. az elektromos csatlakoztatás kivitelezésekor ügyeljünk, hogy a megfelelő színű vezetékeket csatlakoztassuk egymáshoz (14. ábra).

a víz beszivárgását megelőzendő a készülék körül, a külső fallal érintkező peremre szilikon tömítőréteget kell felvinni.

a rozsdamentes acél külső fedél visszaszerelése: Helyezzük vissza a rozsdamentes acél fedelet úgy, hogy a levegő kivezető rács illeszkedjen a motor kive-zető nyílásához (18. ábra).

SEM 9 (19. ábra)

a készülék a pára és kellemetlen szagok csendes és hatékony módon történő kivezetésére szolgál. a ké-szüléket a házon belül kell beépíteni, és a konyhai páraelszívóhoz kell csatlakoztatni (19. ábra).

tetőn történő telepítés: a tetőn egy négyzet alakú nyílást kell képezni egy négyzetes profilú, 180 x 180 mm méretű kürtő számára.

a tartókonzolokat a 20. ábrán látható módon szereljük fel, majd a fúráshoz jelöljük át a lyukakat.

Próba céljából a tetőn képzett nyílásba illesszük be a rozsdamentes acél kürtőt (21. ábra), ellenőrizen-dő, hogy a kürtő megfelelően átfér a nyíláson, lehetővé téve ezzel a sem9 motor telepítését (22. ábra). amennyiben mindkét kürtő elemre szükség van, vegyük figyelembe, hogy ezek teleszkópos (egymásba csúszó) elemek, és a tartozékként járó 8 csavarral rögzítsük ezeket egymáshoz (23. ábra).ellenőrizzük, hogy a rozsdamentes acél kürtő függőleges helyzetben legyen. ezt követően a tartókonzo-lon lévő lyukaknál fúrjuk meg a kürtőt, végül a tartozékként kapott 6 csavarral rögzítsük a kürtőt a tartó-konzolhoz (24. ábra).

egy, a rozsdamentes acél kürtőnél legalább 10 cm-rel hosszabb, kerek profilú csövet szorítóbilinccsel rögzítsünk a sem9 csatlakozó csőcsonkjához (25. ábra).

Helyezzük a sem9 motort a rozsdamentes acél kürtőn belül elvezetett, előzőleg a tetőhöz rögzített kerek csőhöz. ne feledjük, előzőleg az elektromos kábelt vezessük át a rozsdamentes acél csövön keresztül (26. ábra). a motort a tartozékként kapott 8 db csavarral rögzítsük a rozsdamentes acél kürtőhöz (27. ábra).

a kerek csövet csatlakoztassuk a konyhai páraelszívóhoz.

Elektromos csatlakoztatás: a motor elektromos kábelét csatlakoztassuk a konyhai páraelszívóhoz (14. ábra).

SEM 10 (28. ábra)

a sem 10 motor telepítése a konyhai alsó szekrényelembe történik, a konyhapultba épített elszívó alsó levegő kivezető nyílásához. ez a motor kizárólag egy azonos gyártótól származó, külső motoros, konyha-pultba épített páraelszívóval működik.

a készüléket úgy tervezték, hogy a párát és a kellemetlen szagokat hatékony módon és szinte zajmen-tesen vezesse el. a sem 10 motor alkalmazása a páraelszívó Belső kerinGtetéses (szűrős) módban történő használata mellett javasolt, állandó 150 mm átmérőjű (vagy akörüli) légcsatornával történő mű-ködtetés mellett.

javasolt a kivezető cső (légcsatorna) könyökök, ívek nélküli kivitelezése, ugyanis ezek nagyban rontják a készülék teljesítményét.

telepítési eljárás: a motort helyezzük a konyhapultba épített páraelszívó alsó egységéhez, ezen alsó egy-ség levegő kivezető nyílásához (29. ábra).a készülék az összes szükséges tartozékkal érkezik, ideértve az elszívó egységet és a sem 10 motort ösz-szekötő téglalap profilú csövet.

a motor kivezető nyílását a konyhai szekrényelemhez kell csatlakoztatni olyan módon, hogy a konyhából elszívott levegő visszajusson a helyiségbe. az a cső, amelyet a motor kivezető nyílásához kell csatlakoz-tatni, és amely a levegőt visszajuttatja a helyiségbe, nem tartozék, nem jár a készülékhez.

a levegő kivezető nyílásra helyezett csőcsonkkal irányíthatjuk a kivezetett levegő áramlását, igazodva ez-zel a telepítési követelményekhez (30. ábra).

a készülék egy 1,5 méter hosszú tápkábellel van ellátva, amelyet a fekete műanyag szerelődobozban ta-lálható kapocssoron kell bekötni (8. ábra).

a készülékhez egy fém csatlakozó idom jár (31. ábra), amellyel a sem 10 motort az elszívó egység alá helyezhetjük be (32. ábra). ennek megvalósíthatósága kizárólag az alsó szekrényelem méretein múlik. amennyiben a 31. ábrán látható csatlakozó idomot használjuk, nagyon fontos, hogy ne használjuk a 30. ábrán látható, fehér színű, fém csatlakozó csőcsonkot.

az energiacímke szabványnak való megfelelés mellett a motor teljesítményét figyelembe véve nincs szükség a készülék külön időkapcsoló eszközzel történő ellátására.

SEM 12 (33. ábra)

a sem 12 motor telepítése a konyhai alsó szekrényelembe történik, a konyhapultba épített elszívó alsó levegő kivezető nyílásához. ez a motor kizárólag egy azonos gyártótól származó, külső motoros, konyha-pultba épített páraelszívóval működik.

a készüléket úgy tervezték, hogy a párát és a kellemetlen szagokat hatékony módon és szinte zajmen-tesen vezesse el. a sem 12 motor alkalmazása a páraelszívó Belső kerinGtetéses (szűrős) módban történő használata mellett javasolt, állandó 150 mm átmérőjű (vagy akörüli) légcsatornával történő mű-ködtetés mellett.


telepítési eljárás: a motort helyezzük a konyhapultba épített páraelszívó alsó egységéhez, ezen alsó egy-ség levegő kivezető nyílásához (29. ábra).a készülék az összes szükséges tartozékkal érkezik, ideértve az elszívó egységet és a sem 12 motort ösz-szekötő téglalap profilú csövet.

a motor kivezető nyílását a konyhai szekrényelemhez kell csatlakoztatni olyan módon, hogy a konyhából elszívott levegő visszajusson a helyiségbe. az a cső, amelyet a motor kivezető nyílásához kell csatlakoz-tatni, és amely a levegőt visszajuttatja a helyiségbe, nem tartozék, nem jár a készülékhez.

a levegő kivezető nyílásra helyezett csőcsonkkal irányíthatjuk a kivezetett levegő áramlását, igazodva ez-zel a telepítési követelményekhez (30. ábra).

Usefulwarnings:- Use an air outlet pipe with a maximum length not higher than 5 meters. - Limit the number of bends in the exhausting pipe as every bend reduces the performance up to one linear meter. (If you use 2 90° bends, than the length of the pipe has not to be higher than 3 meters).- The material for the pipe has to be approved by an authorized company.- It is important to avoid changes in the diameter (we recommend a diameter of 150mm).- Read carefully the manual of instructions and installation of the unit.- Sirius will not be responsible for problems of capacity and/ or noise level due to the missed respect of the warnings included in the manual of instructions. - SEM8/7 are equipped with a 200mm diameter hole for the exhausting pipe. If the unit that has to be connected to the remote fan is already equipped with a 200mm diameter hole, the nit is recommended to use a pipe with the same diameter in order to get good performances. Otherwise, if the unit is equipped with a 150mm diameter hole, than it is recommended to use the joint (from 200mm to 150mm), already supplied with the unit.The electric box cable should not be cut or joined together with other cables, since it could compromise the proper working and the safety conditions of the appliance. Furthermore, this will invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty coverage.

CAUTION: In order to know the exact power input in (WATT) of the motor being used, the technician shall tick the box corresponding to the SEM unit used on the label placed next to the rating label, as shown in the figure below. “

Warnings!As a result of the new EU65 “Energy label” and EU66 “ Ecodesign” regulations issued by the European Commission, which came into force on January 1st, 2015 , our products have been adapted to comply with these new requirements. All of the models complying with the energy label requirements, are equipped with new electronics including a timer device for suction spe-eds control, when the air capacity exceeds 650m3/h.

SEM1, SEM2 and SEM12 products have the timer control function activated at IV speed for 6 mi-nutes, if it is combined with a DOWNDRAFT or 5 minutes if it is combined with other products, such as ceiling hoods, wall hoods and island hoods. Once the abovementioned times elapse, the motor will switch to 3rd speed automatically.

SEM1(dis.1)-SEM8(dis.1A)

The appliance is designed to exhaust fumes and odours very silently and in the best way. It must be installed in the house and connected to the cooker-hood, which is in the kitchen (fig. 2).

Typesofinstallation: to make the installation easy, the appliance can be fixed on the wall, on the ceiling or on the floor in a horizontal position (fig. 3 ) or vertically (fig. 4) to the fixing level.Note:intheverticalfixing,thebracketssuppliedcanbeusedonlyonthelongestside(fig.6).

Installationoftheappliance: after deciding the position and the type of installation, insert the anti-vibration rubber caps in the holes of the brackets supplied (fig. 5C).Therubbercapsmustbeputonthesideswhichareincontactwiththewall.Put the brackets (fig. 5A) on the remote fitted extraction motor by matching its holes with those of the brackets. Fix with the screws supplied (fig. 5B). Put the group on the point previously chosen for the installation and mark the points on the wall where the holes must be drilled.Insert the dowels supplied in the holes (fig. 6A). Put the remote fitted extraction motor on the wall by matching the holes of the brackets with the plastic dowels. Screw with the screws sup-plied (fig. 6B).

Connectionofthepipes: the appliance is endowed with an entrance and an outlet to connect the pipes. Before connecting the exhaust pipes, check the direction of the air showed on the external label (fig. 7). Connect the pipes and fix them with appropriate metal clamps (exhaust pipes and metal clamps have to be supplied by the installer). The pipe (fig. 7A) must be con-nected with the cooker-hood placed in the kitchen, and the pipe (fig. 7B) must be directed outside the building.

SEM2(fig.9)

The appliance was designed to exhaust odours and vapours in the best way. The appliance is to be installed on the outside wall of the house and connetted to the cooker-hood which is in the kitchen (fig. 10).

Installation: the mounting of the appliance is to be made by qualified technicians. Using the appropriate drilling jig (fig. 11) drill all the holes marked on it into the external wall, by paying attention not to damage water pipes or power lines. Theholesonthewallaretobedrilledwitha8mm.bit.Insert,stepbystep,thefollowingpartsintheholesdrilled:- the corresponding plastic dowels supplied (fig. 11A) - the two telescopic pipes in the hole of 160 mm.- the plastic pipe of 40 mm. diameter.Before leaning the appliance against the wall, insert the supply cord in the plastic pipe. Fix the appliance without the stainless steel external body, which was previously removed from the motor block, by matching the holes of the motor block with the holes on the wall. Tighten with the screws supplied (fig.11B).

Connectionofthepipes: the appliance is endowed with an air entrance to be connected with the telescopic pipes and an air outlet.After fixing the appliance on the external wall, connect the two telescopic pipes, which are pla-ced inside the wall, with the cooker-hood through the flexible pipes (fig. 12).The fixing between the pipes have to be made with appropriate metal clamps (pipes and clamps are supplied by the installer).

Electricalconnectiontothehood:Connect the the external motor’s cable to the terminal board found in side the plastic box of the wiring . Make sure to respect the colors of cables when performing the electrical connection (fig,14).

In order to avoid water infiltrations, please apply silicone on the product perimeter, close to the wall.

Installationofthestainlesssteelexternalbody: put the stainless steel body again, by ma-tching the air exhausting grid with the air outlet of the motor block (fig. 13).

SEM7(dis.15)

The appliance was designed to exhaust odors and vapors in the best way. The appliance is to be installed on the outside wall of the house and connected to the cooker-hood which is in the kitchen (fig. 16).

Installation:the mounting of the appliance is to be made by qualified technicians. Using the appropriate drilling jig (fig. 17) drill all the holes marked on it into the external wall, by paying attention not to damage water pipes or power lines. The holes on the wall are to be drilled with a 8 mm. bit.

Insert,stepbystep,thefollowingpartsintheholesdrilled: - the corresponding plastic dowels supplied (fig. 17)- the two telescopic pipes in the hole of 200 mm.- the plastic pipe of 40 mm. diameter.

Before leaning the appliance against the wall, please remove the stainless steel carter using the 8 perimetrical screws (fig. 18), then insert the supply cord in the plastic pipe. Fix the appliance without the stainless steel external body, which was previously removed from the motor block, by matching the holes of the motor block with the holes on the wall. Tighten with the screws supplied.

Connectionofthepipes:the appliance is endowed with an air entrance to be connected with the telescopic pipes and an air outlet. After fixing the appliance on the external wall, connect the two telescopic pipes (fig. 12C), which are placed inside the wall, with the cooker-hood through the flexible pipes.The fixing operations have to be carried out by using suitable metallic tools (pipes and tools have to be supplied by the installers).

Electricalconnectiontothehood:Connect the the external motor’s cable to the terminal board found in side the plastic box of the wiring . Make sure to respect the colors of cables when performing the electrical connection (fig,14).

Inordertoavoidwaterinfiltrations,pleaseapplysiliconeontheproductperimeter,closetothewall.

Installationoftheexternalcarter:mount the aesthetic carter making sure that the grill will match with the block motor air outlet (dis. 18).

SEM9(fig.19)

The appliance is designed to exhaust fumes and odours very silently and in the best way. It must be installed in the house and connected to the cooker-hood, which is in the kitchen (fig. 19).

Roof installation: make a square opening in the roof for a square pipe with dimensions 180x180mm.

Put the two brackets as shown in fig 20 and mark the holes you are going to drill

Insert the stainless steel pipe trying to match the opening realized (fig. 21) making sure that the pipe comes out of the roof just to enable the installation of the SEM 9 (fig. 22).Should you need both the pipes, take into account that they are telescopic and fix them through the 8 screws supplied (fig. 23).Make sure that the stainless steel pipe is in a vertical position. Then make the holes matching the holes in the brackets (fig. 24), Fix the pipe to the roof using the 6 screws supplied (fig. 24).

Use a round pipe at least 10cm longer than the stainless steel pipe and fix it to the flange of the SEM9 through a hose clamp (fig. 25).

Insert the SEM 9 with the round pipe inside the stainless steel previously fixed to the roof, making attention to let the electrical cable pass inside the stainless steel pipe (fig. 26). Fix the motor to the pipe through the 8 screws supplied (fig. 27).

Connect the round tube to the pipe of the kitchen.

Electricalconnection: connect the electrical cable of the motor to the product installed in the kitchen (fig. 14).

SEM10(fig.28)

SEM10 product has been designed to be installed under the kitchen cabinet, corresponding to the downdraft lower air outlet . This product can work only if it is used in combination with a downdraft equipped with external motor, manufactured by the same producer.

The appliance has been designed to suck vapours and odours in an optimal and almost noi-seless way . We recommend to use the product only in FILTERING MODE and to use a constant diameter piping of 150mm or similar sections.

We recommend to use piping without elbows, as they negatively affect the performance of the appliance.

Installation procedure: place the appliance under the downdraft , corresponding to the air out-let, as shown in (fig. 29).All fittings are supplied with the appliance, along with a rectangular pipe that connects the downdraft to the SEM10 product

The appliance air outlet shall be connected to the cabinet, in such a way that the air sucked in the kitchen can be recirculated back into the room. Piping to be connected to the SEM10 pro-duct air outlet are not supplied with the appliance.

It is possible to direct the product air outlet according to your installation requirements, by rotating the air outlet flange as shown in (fig. 30).

The appliance is equipped with a 1,5 meter long power cable, to be connected to the hood in the specific terminal board found inside the plastic black box (Fig. 8).

The product is supplied with a metallic joint (fig.31) which allows to put ahead the SEM 10, as shown in fig 32. This possibility depends strictly on the dimension of the furniture.When the joint in fig. 31 is used, it is very important not to use the white metallic flange, but remove it as shown in fig. 30

With reference to the Energy Label standard and taking into account its performances, it is not necessary to equip the product with any time control device.

Attenzione! Il gruppo di aspirazione periferico (centralina) SEM 1 è in classe II (simbolo sulla targhetta dati tecnici ), pertanto non necessita di collegamento a terra.

L’appa recchio è stato progettato per aspirare i vapori e gl i odori in modo otti male con estrema silenziosità.L’apparecchio dovrà essere istallato all’interno dell’abitazione collegandolo alla cappa che si trova in cucina (dis.2) o allaunità di comando SCET - 1.

Modalità di fissaggio: per facilitare le operazioni di installazione, l’apparecchio può essere fissato a parete, a soffitto osul pavimento in posizione orizzonta le (dis.3) o verticale (dis.4) r ispetto a l piano di f issaggio.NOTA: Nel caso del fissaggio verticale, si possono utilizzare le staffe in dotazione solo dalla parte più lunga (fig. 6).

Fissaggio dell’apparecchio: una volta stabilito la posizione e il modo di fissaggio, bisogna introdurre i gommini anti-vibrazioni nelle staffe in dotazione (dis.5C).I gommini vanno messi nei lati che andranno a contatto con il muro.Appoggiare le staffe (dis.5A) sulla centralina facendo coincidere i fori di quest’ultima con quelli delle staffe e fissare conle viti in dotazione (dis.5B)Appoggiare il tutto nel punto di fissaggio deciso in precedenza segnando, sulla parete, i punti dove bisognerà effettuare i fori.Nei fori eseguiti inserire i tasselli in dotazione (dis.6A).Appoggiare la centralina sulla parete facendo coincidere i fori delle staffe con i tasselli in plastica e avvitare il tutto con leviti in dotazione (dis.6B).

Collegamento dei tubi: l’apparecchio è predisposto con un’entrata e un’uscita per il collegamento dei tubi (verificare ladirezione dell’aria tramite l’etichetta esterna prima del montaggio dei tubi di evacuazione dis.7), collegare i tubi e fissarlicon idonee fascette metalliche (tubi e fascette sono a cura dell’installatore). Il tubo (dis.7A) va collegato alla cappa postanella cucina, il tubo (dis.7B) va indirizzato verso l’esterno dell’edificio.

Collegamento elettrico alla cappa: l’apparecchio è dotato di un cavo di collegamento lungo 7 metri. Il cavo, alla sua estremità,ha una connessione a sei poli che deve essere inserita in quella fissata sulla cappa (dis.8) o alla unità di comando SCET - 1.

SEM 2 (dis.9)

Attenzione! Il gruppo di aspirazione periferico (centralina) SEM 2 è in classe I e pertanto necessita di collegamentoa terra.

L’apparecchio è stato progettato per aspirare i vapori e gli odori in modo ottimale.L’apparecchio dovrà essere istallato all’esterno dell’abitazione collegandolo alla cappa che si trova in cucina (dis.10) o allaunità di comando SCET - 1.

Modalità di fissaggio: il montaggio dell’apparecchio deve essere effettuato da personale qualificato. Usando l’appositamaschera di foratura (dis.11) praticare sulla parete esterna tutti i fori indicati nella stessa facendo attenzione a nondanneggiare tubature dell’acqua o linee elettriche.I fori alla parete dovranno essere effettuati con una punta da da 8 mm. Nei fori praticati dovranno essere progressivamente:•Inseriti i relativi tasselli in plastica in dotazione (dis.11A).•Inseriti i due tubi telescopici nel foro da 160 mm.•Inserire il tubo in plastica da 40 mm.Prima di appoggiare l’apparecchio sul muro bisogna inserire la connessione elettrica nel tubo in plastica. Fissare l’apparecchiosenza carter estetico in acciaio, precedentemente tolto dal blocco motore, facendo coincidere i fori del blocco motorestesso con i fori sul muro e serrando con le viti in dotazione (dis.11B).

Collegamento dei tubi: l’apparecchio è predisposto con un entrata dell’aria per il collegamento dei tubi telescopici, e unuscita.Dopo che l’apparecchio è stato fissato alla parete esterna, i due tubi telescopici posti all’interno della parete devono esserecollegati con la cappa tramite i tubi flessibili (dis.12).Il fissaggio tra i tubi deve essere effettuato con idonee fascette metalliche (tubi e fascette sono a cura dell’installatore).

Collegamento elettrico alla cappa: l’apparecchio è dotato di un cavo di collegamento lungo 7 metri. Dopo aver fattopassare il cavo attraverso il tubo in plastica posto nel muro, inserire la connessione a sei poli sulla cappa e collegare ilfilo messa a terra sulla vite adiacente alla connessione tramite dado e rondella (dis.14), in alternativa il collegamentoelettrico va fatto alla unità di comando SCET - 1.

Al fine di evitare possibili infiltrazioni d'acqua disporre accuratamente del silicone in corrispondenza del perimetro delprodotto, in prossimità del muro.

Montaggio carter esterno: rimontare il carter estetico facendo coincidere la griglia con l’uscita aria del blocco motore (dis.13).

Warning! The peripheral exhausting group (remote fitted extraction motor) is built in class II (symbol on the ratingplate), therefore it must not be earthed.

The appliance is designed to exhaust fumes and odours very silently and in the best way. It must be installed in the houseand connected to the cooker-hood, which is in the kitchen (fig. 2) or to the SCET control unit 1.

Types of installation: to make the installation easy, the appliance can be fixed on the wall, on the ceiling or on the floorin a horizontal position (fig. 3 ) or vertically (fig. 4) to the fixing level.Note: in the vertical fixing, the brackets supplied can be used only on the longest side (fig. 6).

Installation of the appliance: after deciding the position and the type of installation, insert the anti-vibration rubber capsin the holes of the brackets supplied (fig. 5C).The rubber caps must be put on the sides which are in contact with the wall.Put the brackets (fig. 5A) on the remote fitted extraction motor by matching its holes with those of the brackets. Fix withthe screws supplied (fig. 5B).Put the group on the point previously chosen for the installation and mark the points on the wall where the holes mustbe drilled.Insert the dowels supplied in the holes (fig. 6A). Put the remote fitted extraction motor on the wall by matching the holesof the brackets with the plastic dowels. Screw with the screws supplied (fig. 6B).

Connection of the pipes: the appliance is endowed with an entrance and an outlet to connect the pipes. Before connectingthe exhaust pipes, check the direction of the air showed on the external label (fig. 7). Connect the pipes and fix them withappropriate metal clamps (exhaust pipes and metal clamps have to be supplied by the installer). The pipe (fig. 7A) mustbe connected with the cooker-hood placed in the kitchen, and the pipe (fig. 7B) must be directed outside the building.

Electrical connection of the hood: the appliance is equipped with a 7m electrical cable with a six- pin connection at oneend. Insert it into the hood’s connection (External Motor version) or into the SCET-1 central unit (see fig. 8 for the endresult).

Warning! The remote fitted exhausting group (external motor) is built in class I plate, therefore it needs the earthconnection.

The appliance was designed to exhaust odours and vapours in the best way. The appliance is to be installed on the outsidewall of the house and connetted to the cooker-hood which is in the kitchen (fig. 10) or to the SCET control unit 1.

Installation: the mounting of the appliance is to be made by qualified technicians. Using the appropriate drilling jig (fig.11) drill all the holes marked on it into the external wall, by paying attention not to damage water pipes or power lines.The holes on the wall are to be drilled with a 8 mm. bit. Insert, step by step, the following parts in the holes drilled:•the corresponding plastic dowels supplied (fig. 11A)•the two telescopic pipes in the hole of 160 mm.•the plastic pipe of 40 mm. diameter.Before leaning the appliance against the wall, insert the supply cord in the plastic pipe. Fix the appliance without thestainless steel external body, which was previously removed from the motor block, by matching the holes of the motorblock with the holes on the wall. Tighten with the screws supplied (fig.11B).

Connection of the pipes: the appliance is endowed with an air entrance to be connected with the telescopic pipes and anair outlet.After fixing the appliance on the external wall, connect the two telescopic pipes, which are placed inside the wall, with thecooker-hood through the flexible pipes (fig. 12).The fixing between the pipes have to be made with appropriate metal clamps (pipes and clamps are supplied by theinstaller).

Electrical connection of the hood: the appliance is equipped with a 7m electrical cable. Make the cable pass through theplastic hose in the wall (see fig. 12E), connect it to the appliance in the kitchen and then connect the ground wire to thescrew near the connection by means of nut and washer (see fig. 14). You can otherwise make the electrical connectionto the SCET-1 central unit.

Installation of the stainless steel external body: put the stainless steel body again, by matching the air exhausting gridwith the air outlet of the motor block (fig. 13).
