We respectfully remind guests that areservation constitutes a contract betweenthem and Hartwell House and a charge will be incurred for any treatment cancelled lessthan 24 hours prior to appointment (sevendays for Spa Experience and Day Packages).So that our clients are not inconveniencedclients are requested to attend punctually fortreatment. Those arriving late (who will still becharged at the tariff price) may receive ashorter treatment and unless more than 30minutes late will probably not be able toreceive the treatment booked. Our tariffs arefully inclusive of service and VAT. If they wish guests may leave gratuities at their discretion.
