in the local area – ACS International, in Egham (15 mins)
and Tasis American School, in Thorpe, Surrey (15 mins).

A sustainable design is more than a collection of energy efficient technologies. It must also result in an environment which sustains and nurtures the human spirit. Harford Manor integrates simple and robust sustainable ideas from the past and the present into a real home which does precisely that: it lifts the spirit.

In the design of Harford Manor we choreographed all imaginable domestic situations, from formal dinners to relaxed family breakfasts, from summer garden parties to intimate winter nights; a country retreat to the main residence and the solitary owner to the extended family. We then considered all the spatial implications and fused them together into an orchestrated, balanced design.
