Important Information
8th GRADE WASHINGTON DC/NEW YORK CITY TRIP:
The final payment of $400.00 was due on Monday, January 7th. Please email Lisa DaDeppo at [email protected] if you have any questions.
CIMI TRIP Update: Final payment was due before the holiday break. Any final payments are due ASAP. Please contact Mrs. Vaughn at 696-5975 or [email protected] if questions.
FRIENDLY REMINDER: Please remember to bring your ID with you when you pick up your student. For your student’s safety, we must verify all parents or any person picking up a student before releasing them.
SCHOOL SUPPLIES: With the start of the new school year, consider checking your student’s school supplies to ensure they have all the tools they need to be successful. Also consider checking in with your student's teacher to see if they need any classroom supplies such as tissues or hand sanitizer.
DID YOU CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS OR PHONE RECENTLY?: Please be sure to contact the school office about updating it in our system. It is VERY IMPORTANT that we have current information in the event of an emergency involving your student. **For change of address, we will need a photo copy of a utility bill.
FRIENDLY REMINDER: Please do not send or deliver balloons to your students. While it is a sweet idea, it is very distracting in the classrooms and the bus drivers do not want them on the bus. If you really want to send something special please consider bringing your student lunch or a small treat/gift that they can carry easily.
FRIENDLY REMINDER: Please label your child’s lunch box, water bottle and jackets with their name. We get LOTS of LOST and FOUND items throughout the year. Unclaimed items are donated at the semester break.
