• We will be celebrating Cinco de Mayo on May 5th in Mackenzie Hall! Please join us as we enjoy some tasty Mexican treats.
• Mother’s Day is another important celebration in May. Come put your green thumbs to work in MacKenzie Hall and pot a flower for your beautiful mother!
• We will be celebrating Victoria Day on Monday, May 18th. Please note that the amenities office will be closed on this day. I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable weekend.

Yoga
• Friday’s from 12:10 pm - 1:10 pm (Start May 1,8, 15, 22, & 29)
Cost: $10/class (GST included)
Stretch, Strengthen and Relax Flow yoga uses dynamic movement to balance strength and fluidity. Postures are
linked together with the breath to increase circulation for an invigorating
experience as well as deeper relaxation. Modifications for beginners and options
for deepening postures will be offered throughout the class.
All levels are welcome.
Group Exercise Class Choice of:
• Mon & Wed from 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm (Start May 4, 6, 11 & 13)
OR
• Tues & Thurs from 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm (Start May 5, 7, 12 & 14)
Cost: $15 /class X 8 classes = $120 plus GST.
A 45 min high tempo workout for general overall fitness that trains all
components of fitness, maximizes fat loss, improves function, increases aerobic
power, increases muscular strength. The workout is designed for an Intermediate
level of fitness. The individual should already be exercising at a moderate intensity
level 2-3 times per week with no serious orthopedic limitations. This workout
takes you to the next level. There will be variations of intensity to accommodate a
variety of fitness levels.
Limited Space: First 12 people to sign up are in.
