Make your own Resurrection Eggs by cutting out the pictures
below. Put each picture inside of a plastic egg and number the
egg accordingly.
Rabbit Hopping
Rabbits hop in a zig zag when they are trying to get away from their prey. For this movement activity, use masking tape to make a zig zag on the floor. Have children hop in a zig zag pattern from one point on the zig zag lines to the next point.
Take an Easter Walk with Jesus Walk outside and try to find the items below:
A BRANCH—a week before his crucifixion, as Christ entered the city, the people waved branches from palm trees
SOMETHING PRICKLY—his “crown” was made of thorns
A PIECE OF WOOD—for it was out of wood his cross was made
SOMETHING NO LONGER ALIVE—for the Savior truly died
WHITE LINEN (you may need to find an item at home such as a tissue or napkin) —Christ was wrapped in white linen before being placed in the tomb
A STONE –it was a huge stone at the opening of the tomb that the angel removed
SOMETHING LIVING—to remind us that Christ surely lives. He died and was resurrected.

Humpty Dumpty STEM Challenge Your Challenge is to help our poor friend Humpty Dumpty not break!!! By using
materials you have at home create an experiment to help Humpty stay together!
Using hard boiled eggs or a plastic egg, create faces on the eggs. You can draw the faces, create with
stickers, or glue on shapes to make a face. Then you need to build a wall; blocks, Legos or cardboard
boxes would all work. You can measure how high the wall is and note in the chart. Now place Humpty
Dumpty on the wall, sing the rhyme, and then give him a gentle push. Did he crack? If he did not, then
your wall needs to be taller. Keep building up the wall until he cracks. (If using hard boiled eggs switch to
one that’s not broken). Once he cracks, you need to figure out how to protect him from cracking. Place
him in a plastic bag with cotton balls, bubble wrap, or rice. Which materials prevented him from
cracking? Write down your observations below. Then think of some other materials that will help him
not break. Have fun!!!
