Working environment Our working environment reflects the markets we partner. Growing, focussed, energised, supportive and fun.

We see the value in enabling a bit of balance in work, rest and play - we treat our staff like the adults they are and actively encourage a fun time at work, and after hours! It starts with the pool table and dart board in

the office, then whether it is golf, netball, cycle rides or rolling around in mud, if anyone is

up for it, we’ll actively encourage it and join in!

We have an in-house Marketing Executive to support resourcing with social media campaigns and, as and when we need it, we will engage specialist 3rd parties to ensure we always tap into the latest expertise to refine how we do business, allow-ing our Consultants to maintain focus on their clients and candidates.

Reward incentives Success deserves recognition and reward, so we offer all Resourcers and Consultants an excellent commission and bonus scheme.

It’s not unusual for a successful Consultant with 3+ years’ experience to double their basic salary with commission and our generous bonus!

Commission rates

For example Basically you earn the percentage in each band and then add it up, so if you have a salary of £30,000 a year and you have a revenue target of £47,000 per quarter which you reach you will earn:

For the first £15,000 0% of 15,000 = £0For the second £15,000 10% of 15,000 = £1,500For the third £15,000 20% of 15,000 = £3,000For the last £2,000 30% of 2,000 = £600

Bonus for quarter = £5,100

Total commission for the year 4 x £5,100 = £20,400

Billing at this level you would qualify for our maximum bonus = £10,000

TOTAL = £30,400!
