High impact plastic carrying case pro-tects unit when not in use. Case has storage pockets for accessories.

Every pinspotter has a lightweight solid state timer built into the gun case. Con-trolled timing extends the duty cycle and assures uniform weld quality.

Special dynamic balance eases handling and minimizes operator fatigue.

A pin is placed into the welding tip, the welding tip is pressed against the duct-work and the trigger depressed.

Like a spotwelder, Duro Dyne pinspotters are resistance welders. Insulation is fastened securely with the inherent strength of a welded fastener.

duro dyne pinS and ClipS insure against liner being “pulled back” into ductwork by air pressure. Properly secured pins will support a straight pulling weight of approximately 50 lbs. per pin and clip, and guarantees insulation will not sag or fall, but be held firmly in place.

2. Press gun down firmly. Pull the trigger.

3. After pins are welded to the duct (1 pin per 1 sq. ft.), press insulation onto pins (pins used should be 1/4” longer than insulation thickness).

4. Push clips over pin to hold insulation firmly in place.
