Rates ALL FRIDAY RENTALS MUST START AFTER 5:00PM DURING CAMP SEASON

Saturday Rental (One Day)—$900.00

Starting at 8:00am on Saturday until 1:30am.

Friday OR Sunday Rental (One Day)—$750.00

Starting at 8:00am (unless camp is in session) until 1:30am

Two Day Rental (Friday & Saturday OR Saturday & Sunday)—$1100.00

Set Up or Rehearsals can start at 8:00am (unless camp is in session) on the first day rental. All guests

must leave premise by 10:00pm on the first day rental. Renter may have access to the venue on the sec-

ond day rental starting at 8:00am until 1:30am.

Three Day Rental (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)—$1300.00

Set Up or Rehearsals can start at 8:00am (unless camp is in session) on Friday. All guests must leave

premise by 10:00pm on Friday. Renter may have access to the venue on

Saturday starting at 8:00am until 1:30am. Clean up can start at 8:00am on Sunday.

Everything must be cleaned by 1:00pm on Sunday.

Set up & Clean up—$600.00

Each renter has the option to have Hamilton’s set up the tables and chairs.

Price may vary based on logistics of event

Security Deposit—$400.00

A security deposit is collected for all events who choose to do the set up and clean up themselves.

After the event, the camp must be cleaned and everything must be placed back to its proper spot as it

was found upon arrival. If the venue is left in order, the security deposit will be refunded the Monday fol-

lowing the event.

12% venue fee is added to all food orders and goes to Western Illinois Youth Camp

for updates to grounds and programs for the camps.

Buildings

Included in Rental

Craft Hall

The Craft Hall can be used for smaller events

of 50 people or less. This hall is also often

used for the wedding party to get ready the

day of the wedding.

Pavilion

Most wedding receptions take place under the

Pavilion. The Pavilion can accommodate up to

200 guests. Tents may be rented through a

rental company to accommodate larger

weddings. More guests can also be seated

outside of the Pavilion.

Dining Hall

The Dining Hall can also accommodate wed-

ding reception’s or large gatherings up to 200

guests. The Dining Hall can also be used as a

back up plan when having the event under the

Pavilion in the case of bad weather.

Bathrooms are located in the Dining Hall.

Krell Cabin

This small cabin is in a remote location with a

patio facing the lake. Many wedding parties

use this cabin for the bride and her bride’s

maids to get ready the day of the event.
