on 0161 437 0511 to check availability prior to sending booking form.

2. Provisional bookings can be made but must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of £15.00 per person and a completed booking form within 7 days of enquiry. (Please note one cheque or credit card transaction per party for both deposit and final payment).

3. Final payments for all parties are required no later than Friday 1st November.

4. Pre-arranged company accounts are available on request.

5. Any payments paid for cancellations are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks or entertainment for other members of the party.

6. All payments are non-transferable / refundable. Please do not request as a refusal often offends.

7. For bookings made after the 1st December 2013 payment is required immediately and in full.

8. Minimum age for a person attending party nights at the hotel is 18 years, except where stated in the brochure.

9. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate, cancel or change the venue of Christmas parties in the event that minimum numbers are not met.

10. Strict dress code applies to all events. No jeans, t-shirts, trainers or casual clothes.

11. The management reserve the right to refuse entry to any guests dressed inappropriately.
