Why exactly are prisons being built for"the rapid development of newprograms". Halliburton's company site

confirms that the government isengaged in a massive construction andpreparation exercise to buildconcentration camps and prisonerprocessing facilities in the UnitedStates. This is particularity astonishingand disturbing considering that the U.S.already incarcerates more orders ofmagnitude more people than any othernation, about on-par with U.S.S.R. atthe height of Stalin's era.

The contract of the Halliburtonsubsidiary KBR to build immigrantdetention facilities is part of a longer-term Homeland Security plan titled

ENDGAME, which sets as its goal theremoval of all removable aliens andpotential terrorists. In the 1980sRichard Cheney and Donald Rumsfelddiscussed similar emergency detentionpowers as part of a super-secretprogram of planning for what waseuphemistically called Continuity ofGovernment (COG). These menplanned for suspension of theConstitution, not just after nuclearattack, but for any national securityemergency, which they vaguelydefined in Executive Order 12656 of1988.

Over 800 concentration camps arereported throughout the United States,all fully operational and ready to receiveU.S. Prisoners who disagree with thegovernment. The concentrationcamps are all staffed and manned byfull-time guards, however, they areall empty. These camps are to beoperated by FEMA (Federal EmergencyManagement Agency) when MartialLaw is implemented in the UnitedStates (at the stroke of a Presidentialpen and the Attorney General'ssignature on a warrant).

The camps have railroad facilities as

well as roads leading to and from thedetention facilities, many have airports.Like Auschwitz, some of the campshave airtight buildings and furnaces.The majority of the camps can eachhouse a population of 20,000 prisoners.Currently, the largest of these facilitiesis just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. TheAlaskan facility is a massive "mentalhealth" facility and can holdapproximately 2 million people.
