Brother Hall was born in Sampson County, N. C., and or­dained "to the gos;.>el ministry by Wells Chapel Baptist Church on March 11, 1919. He received his training at Wake Forest College· and Louisville. Since then he has held pastorates in Cumber­land County, the Wilmington Association and the Bladen As­sociation, for which he was Mo­derator for eleven years prior to his death. Surviving Brother Hall are his wife, two 15ons, five brothers and three sisters.

inasmuch :is our loving Heavenly Father has deemed it good to call this, our brother, to "Come up Higher", we the Bladen Association do resolve:

First, That we shall remain conscious of our loss, and thank God for so noble a life and friend.

Second, That we shall challenge all pastors and christians to strive for the victory. that was his.

Third, That we express to his loved ones our se!lse of loss and our deep sympathy. .

Fourth, That a copy of these resolutions shall be sent to his wife, one to the Biblical Recorder, and shaH also be placed in the minutes ~f the Bladen Association.
