INSULATION CLASSES
CLASS I
The luminaires are protected by basic insulation and any metal parts that may be exposed to electric current are also connected to the protective earthing conductor, if the basic insulation fails.
CLASS II
The luminaires are provided with double insulation and do not rely on earthing to protect the exposed metal parts.
CLASS III
The luminaires are protected against electric shock by Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV) power supply; they do not generate voltages higher than SELV.
Class III luminaires must not be connected to earth

Hako“Hako”, the Japanese term
for cube box, offers a clean-
cut, modern line that is both
minimalist and stable.
The idea behind the design is
to break the molds, “break out
of the box” and so it slashes
out diagonally several times,
creating two parts.
Two harmonious elements
held together by a single
invisible joint that permits
utmost adjustment while
keeping the control gear
technology thermally separate
from the optical compartment.
Once positioned on the
track, this looks a bit like a
small lighting sculpture that
continuously changes shape
as the viewer moves.

BODY
Two harmonious elements in die-cast aluminium, held together by a single invisible joint that enables utmost adjustment of the luminaire, house the control gear and the optical compartment, which is fi tted with a passive heat sink that exploits the thermal conductivity of the aluminium and the convection current generated by virtue of the temperature difference in the air around the heat sink, ensuring perfectly effi cient and long-lasting light sources.

RE LED LUCE incorporates the best high effi ciency LEDs (up to 4295 lm, 108 lm/W) with varying tones of excellent white (3000K - 4000K, CRI from 82 to 94).Lifetime: more than 50,000 hours (maintaining 70% of the initial luminous fl ux).
For IOS versions with metal halide lamps.
Optics IOS refl ectors with Ø 80 mm (LL2 and LL7) made from stabilised polycarbonate (up to 140°C) with highly refl ective metallization - exclusive scratch resistant, vitrifi ed surface and antistatic safety shield with high light transmission (97%). The shield is clear for very narrow beams, satin for narrow, medium and wide beams and satin/prismatic for the Wall Washer Mira version. There are also versions with gold optics or with selective fi lters for lighting foodstuffs.

99.99% pure aluminium IOS refl ectors with Ø 80 mm, twist-lock fi xing system and tempered safety glass (clear for narrow beams, microsphere for medium and wide beams, prismatic for the Wall Washer Mira version). There are also versions with gold optics, selective fi lters for lighting foodstuffs or coloured dichroic fi lters.
Control gear technologies High effi ciency driver >85% and a power factor of nearly 1 assure real energy savings. The robustness of the control gear is assured up to Ta 70°C and Tc 90°C and guarantees a lifetime of over 50,000 h.
The Re Led Luce system includes drivers with diversifi ed dimming features, to meet the widest design demands.
HF control gear for metal halide lamps with ceramic technology in a unit that is thermally independent from the optical compartment.
For RE LED LUCE 14W • Driver (120 or 240V AC/DC) with dimming provision (electronic trailing edge phase cut dimmer) adopting MOS technology and with a minimum load of 5 Watts.
Caution: if the dimmer is used, the track becomes exclusively “dedicated” to projectors with the driver described above, so it cannot be used to mount other devices or lighting bodies with different light sources).
