BEFORE YOUR HAIR TRANSPLANT, PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Please inform us about your diseases before your journey:

o You need to stop consuming alcohol and avoid smoking cigarettes as much as possible for one week before the operation begins.
o You can't take Aspirin for one week before the operation begins.o If you have chronicle diseases like the risk of an heart attack, blood pressure problems,
diabetics or stomach problems and take medication for it, inform us and the doctor. o Please inform the staff in the clinic if you are taking medication periodically. o Stop taking any medication, shampoo and lotion against the hair loss for one week before
the operation begins. o Please don't forget to hand off your luggage because you will get shampoos and lotions
from us. o Please wash your hair well before you come to the operation.o We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes when you come to the operation. For
example a shirt or a cardigan. This way its easier for you to dress up and undress.o Please don't cut your hair before the operations, the team in the clinic will do that for you.o Please take a shower before you come to Istanbul. We only will be able to wash your hair 2
days after the treatment. o We recommend that you relax yourself and sleep well before the operation begins. o We also recommend that you eat well before you come to the clinic for the hair transplant. o Please avoid drinking coffee 24 hours before and after the operation.

o Begin of the hair transplant
o Drawing of the hair line
o Approx. 3 hours: Extraction ofthe grafts
o Meal / Pause
o Approx. 4 hours: Implantingthe grafts
o Taking medicines
o Sleep in the hotel

AFTER THE HAIR TRANSPLAN T
o Swellings could ocurre on your face. The reason for that are the liquids that were implanted in your head during the surgery. Those liquids could move down to your face due the gravity. The headband prevent swellings.
o If you want to go out after the surgery, make sure that you are wearing the headband and the hat.
o Please sleep on your back using the neck pillow you have received in the clinic.
o Please pay attention that you don’t hit your head somewhere, e.g. when entering vehicles. Do not scratch or rub your head!
o Avoid heavy physicical activities like sport and sexual relations for 10 days after the surgery
o Protect your head from direct sunshine in the first 3 months.
