Motivation: Baryon resonances

Problems in the constituent quark models Problems in the constituent quark models

• Mass-order-reverse problem for the lowest excited baryons. S11(1535) uud(L=1) ½- should be the lowest

P11(1440) uud(n=1) ½+*(1405) uud(L=1) ½-
