We are an Australian owned and operated Company. We have over 40-years of experience within the service
industry and count many major building cleaning projects in our history.
HACCP recognises that customers require ongoing peace of mind. Service providers should consistently maintain a
high quality of service; however, this is not always the case. Therefore, HACCP developed its exclusive Consumer
Protection Guarantee.
A performance-based product is not all we offer. We
run our own carpet cleaning, pressure cleaning,
gardening and refit divisions as well as offering builders
cleans. Security screened, uniformed, well-groomed and
trained staff members are always pleased to go out of
their way to ensure that your expectations are met.
HACCP International understands the different compositions
of cleaning compounds needed to be utilised with in the food
processing industry, hygiene is not negotiable, strict
procedures must be followed & traceability is mandatory.

GREEN CLEANING PRODUCTS
HACCP uses K-Crown consumable products. We are very proud to
introduce the products we use from a range of "Green Choice"
our innovative green products a new substitute for wood pulp.
Green Choice products are made from sugarcane bagasse and
bamboo
(by product of sugarcane). Pulp from these resources are
significantly more "climate friendly" than wood pulp as the
carbon harvested is re-absorbed during the next year's growth
compared to from 8 to 12 years for tree growth. This 100% green
product will save cutting
down thousands of trees and keep our environment protected.

Cleaning products exclusively. Wherever cleaning chemicals
are kept on your premises, a full explanation of technical,

PRESSURE CLEANING
HACCP International Property Services offers a range of pressure washing services which sanitise surfaces and
remove many different types of build-up such as dirt and mould, restoring surfaces to their original condition.
GARDENING AND LANDSCAPING
HACCP also provides numerous gardening, landscaping and maintenance services including hedge and tree trimming, rubbish removal, fertilizing and mulch replacement.

HEAD OFFICE - MANAGEMENT TEAM Mr. Bill Khouzam - Chief Executive Officer/Head of Finance, 0413 693 133 [email protected] Bill comes into the company with extensive knowledge in all aspects of the cleaning industry with over a 40-years’ experience. Bill spent 11 years with Spotless Services as ‘Cleaning Services Manager’, ‘Education Services Manager’ & continued his working relationship with the company as the ‘National Cleaning Services Manager’. Bill moved on to become the ‘General Manager’ for Deluxe Services. In 2003 Bill formed his own company, Paradise Property & Facility Management Services. Bill’s career experiences have taking him across Australia & New Zealand, successfully tendering some major contracts within the Government, Defence & Mining Sector: ‘Olympic Dam Project’, 4 hospitals for ‘Southland Health Board’ New Zealand, ‘Subiaco Oval’, ‘Stamford’ Hotels across Adelaide, providing quality service to dignitaries, VIP’s & Statesmen, ‘United Water S.A.’ and ‘Onkaparinga Council’. Bill’s ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people & the ability to work as an integral member of the team, combined with many his many years’ experiences, make Bill a key asset to the business. Bill has achieved certificate II: in Asset Maintenance, Health Support Services, Retail Operations, Hospitality, Transport & Distribution and Certificate 4, as a Workplace Trainer & Assessor. Bill held a position as the Marketing Manager for ETS, (Essential Training Services). Bill is responsible for all major tenders and business development across Australia, budget controls and setting up business objectives with clients.
Mr. Alexis Sandoval - Director & Head of Operations, 0418 887 419 [email protected] Alexis completed extensive education within the medical research unit at the University of Adelaide moving into a role within the Flinders Medical Centre as an assistant within the radiology department. He soon progressed to laboratory technician within the research unit working in some groundbreaking medical findings. Alexis also has a background in the building game and in 1987 made a huge career change and entered the Building & Construction industry. He progressed through the years supporting, running & supervising some of the larger sites in S.A., including the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Myer Centre, Bank S.A. and Westfield Shopping Complexes. In 1991 - 1994 he took part in the organization & management of all erecting and dismantling of the Formula 1 Grand prix pit straight, track seating and organizing of the driver’s comforts throughout the days of racing. 1996 – Alexis was employed by Coca-Cola & resumed university studies completing a bachelor’s in business management, where he progressed through the system holding several supervisory positions within the production department. As ‘Quality Control’, ‘Special Projects Manager’ Alexis' responsibilities included the refining of systems and processes within the operations. During his time in Coca-Cola Alexis also travelled extensively & received many commendations for outstanding achievements within the Amatil Group. Gaining accreditation through TAFE as a ‘Work trainer’ & ‘Assessor’, he achieved his OH&S Certificate and HACCP Certificate via SAI Global. Training Program, Intermediate Boilers Certificate, Pollak Learning Alliance ‘Fundamentals of Project Management’ & ‘Project 2000’ software. 2000 – Alexis established a property development company ’Artistic Designs’ concentrating in small and medium size developments within South Australia. 2001 – Alexis established a Landscaping business concentrating on his property development company and extensive work through ‘Marshall Thompson Homes’ and various other contractors. 2003 – Expanded operations and brought in a partner to help manage the growth. 2003 -- Bought a cleaning franchise under T.V.R.K. concentrating in small commercials and Domestic. 2004 --- Bought out T.V.R.K. and expanded to Seven Star Cleaning Australia Pty Ltd. Moving into the hotel and commercial industry by developing systems to ensure a complete quality of service.
Responsible to the overall Company Operation, Quality Assurance is prominent in Alexis' day to day concerns. Liaising with customers, supervisors and cleaning operators, Mr. Sandoval is the lynch pin of communication and is integral in maintaining the high standards required under the HACCP protocol.
Mrs. Yaping Li - Accounts Manager [email protected] With HACCP International since early 2003, Ping achieved her higher education Diploma in business administration in 2001. Mrs Li oversees the day to day running of the office Administration which includes operational administration, accounts management & general intercompany communication. As the Company Administration senior, Mrs Li responsible for the successful outcomes of her department and communicates directly to Mr Khouzam, daily. Ms. Karen Welfare - Marketing & Executive Support, 0430 162 640 [email protected] With HACCP International since 2014, Karen has an excellent history within the retail & hospitality industries, having spent several years at Susan’s and Sportsgirl in both Melbourne and Adelaide. Karen moved on to Radio Station 5AA as a line producer & SA TAB where she gained further experience in communication & marketing skills. Karen spent the next 10 years at SKY Channel in Sydney undertaking numerous roles from Racing Co-ordinator, Accounts Department, Traffic and Programming, Personal Assistant & Receptionist and finally as Facilities Manager. Karen moved to Adelaide & spent 8 years working as Bar Manager within the Coles Group. Mr. Jezz Singh – Victorian State Manager Jezz has worked for HACCP for many years and begin his career in Melbourne in 2008, before moving to Adelaide to further his career in a supervisory role, supporting our operations and reporting directly to the Operations Manager. As the fastest growing city in Australia the opportunity for growth and client demand saw Jezz return to Melbourne to recruit, train and manage his portfolio. Jezz is an integral part in our overall operations and our future development in Victoria. Mrs. Rowena Harris – Albury / Wodonga Area Supervisor Rowena has worked for her family Carpet Cleaning business in Mildura for over 6 years, Rowena moved to Wodonga and took on several cleaning contracts with other companies within the Albury / Wodonga region. In 2017 Rowena was hired by HACCP International to look after a contract that expanded across Albury City Council, it wasn’t long before her supervisory skills were highlighted by some of our clients. Rowena took on a Supervisory role and Local Government Support, taking care of 5 staff members requirements, stock control, chemicals and equipment needs, inspections & quality control across sites.
