• To feel that I am accepted• To feel that I matter• To feel loved by another person• To stop me being lonely• To stop me being bored• To be able to talk about my problems• To share experiences and happiness• To share problems and help another person• A reason of your own

Behaviors that harm Relationships
• Talking about other people behind their backs
• Criticizing others• Complaining about others’ behavior• Telling lies• Opposite interests• Unreliability• Being secretive• Always trying to get one’s own way
