• The Suburban Land Agency and its legal adviser will conduct a review of registrations for Related Parties following the Ballot Draw.
• If two or more Related Parties are found to have registered for the Ballot separately, the ballot registrations for both parties will be cancelled and those parties will be excluded from participating further in the Ballot process.
