1. Introduction to E – Tendering System
E-Tendering means electronic tendering process which is electronically
generated by computer under the handling of authorized person. Compared to
manual process E-tendering process is very economical, effortless, transparent
and very time saver process and it is also secure & accurate.

Login page:
It is the page from where user can login. It is for authentication purpose. In this page there are two fields, “User Name” which is for user name and “Password”, which is for password of user.

For example, to login in admin account enter in “User ID” field “admin” and in
“Password” field “******” (password of admin account) then press “OK” button so, if entered User Id and Password is valid then access their account otherwise error message will generate.
If any user forget “password” then click onto “Forget Password” link for further operation to get it back. If any user forgets “User Name” then clicks onto “Forget User Names” link for further operation to get it back. By clicking onto the “Unlock User” link, user can unlock the any user if rights are given. (Note: if any user enters wrong user id and/or password five times then that user account is block.)

If any user forgets password then that user can get it back by clicking onto the “Forget Password”, user will see below screen.

To get the password user should enter User name, Mobile No. or Email ID into textboxes. If entered data are valid then password will sent to user’s Email ID.

If any user forgets user name then that user can get it back by clicking onto the “Forget User Name”, user will see below screen.

To get the User Name, user should enter Mobile No. or Email ID. If entered data are valid then user name will sent to user’s Email ID.

To unlock the User name, user should click onto the “Unlock User”, user will see below screen.
(Unlock User ID Screen)
Enter user name into textbox whose name is “User Name” and click onto “Ok” button. If user name is valid then it will be Unlocked.
