NATIONAL SCRATCH COMPETITION 2020 (NSC) REGISTRATION FORM
**Project (source code) must be submitted before deadline via email to
[email protected] & Presentation Video uploaded in participant’s Facebook
using hashtag #KiroTechNSC

**Primary students can participate in 2 categories.
COMPETITION CODING SOFTWARE
• Students must use ONLY
SCRATCH 2.0 to createAnimated Story and Game.
• For Creating 3D Game categoryparticipants must use ONLYSCRATCH 3.0.
After registration, participants will receive an email from KIROTECH which contain SCRATCH 2.0 Tutorial Video that explain how to build basic Animated Story & Game

Creating Animated Story / Game / 3D GAME• After creating the project, participant has to email the created project SCRATCH 2.0/3.0

• Any SCRATCH 2.0/3.0 projects received after deadline (07/08/2020) will not be accepted.
• Participant has to mention their Full Name & School/Institute in the email.
• Participants are encouraged to use their own creativity to create this animated story, game and 3D game.
• Participants are NOT allowed to take projects from the internet and email to us. However, participants can refer to projects on the internet and modify the source code according to their creativity.
VIDEO PRESENTATION• It is a COMPULSORY for participant to do video presentation as it involve marks.
• Video should not be more than 3 minutes.
• Inside the video participants should- Introduce themselves briefly (Full name & School/Institute)- Introduce the animated storyline / game / 3D game- Explain how you created the story / game / 3D game- Show & play the animation / game / 3D game
• Presentation video needs to be recorded and uploaded to the participant's
Facebook using the hashtag #KiroTechNSC. This hashtag will be used to findvideos on the Facebook page.
VIDEO PRESENTATION• The most shared videos on Facebook will receive an additional 10 marks in
the presentation component.
• The video presentations are only allowed in ENGLISH or BAHASA MELAYU.
• ONLY PARTICIPANTS are allowed to explain the process of animations, gamescreated in the presentation.
