Dear Parent or Guardian,

Thank you for showing an interest in Garden International School, Eastern Seaboard, Ban Chang. We are a school that recognises the child as the centre of learning, and our classes are taught by motivated and well-qualified teachers, supported by high quality facilities and services.

We offer a curriculum using the British system as a framework up to Year 11, but with a deliberate and enriching international bias. Year 11 students can enter for up to eight IGCSEs with Cambridge International Examinations. Students in Years 12 and 13 undertake the challenge of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, enabling access to universities worldwide.

Our community represents around 50 countries and our teachers are experienced at integrating students with a wide variety of cultural, linguistic and academic backgrounds. The diversity of our community enriches us all. We have a series of strong support programmes in English to allow for rapid student integration into our mainstream curriculum, students of all abilities are able to access the curriculum and we are very proud of their achievements. Our students also display excellence in a variety of sports and in the performing and creative arts.

We have an active and very supportive Friends of Garden PTA who offer support to parents new to the school, and provide regular focused meetings and presentations on issues important to parents.

English Language Support (ELS) Provision 2018-2019

Primary

Level 1 – For students new, or relatively new, to English.

Support is in the form of a minimum of 12 classes per cycle of withdrawal during Literacy and Reading lessons. Withdrawal will take the form of individual support or in small groups of children of similar age and/or ability.

Level 2 – For students able to have some access to Literacy.

Support is in the form of 6 classes per cycle of withdrawal during Reading and 6 classes per cycle of in-class support during English lessons.

Level 3 - For students in either Year 1 or 2 or those in Year 3 and above who are able to access Literacy, but still need support with writing, reading or confidence.

Support is in the form of 6 classes per cycle of withdrawal, usually during reading lessons.

Charges are set for a full term in advance:

Level 1 – 34,000 baht per term Level 2 – 25,600 baht per term Level 3 – 15,800 baht per term

Secondary (Year 7 to 9)

KET – University of Cambridge Key English Test.

Support is in the form of 14 classes per cycle –instead of First Language English, Geography, History and Mandarin/Spanish.

PET – University of Cambridge Preliminary English Test.

Support is in the form of 10 classes per cycle –instead of First Language English and Mandarin/Spanish. With Geography and History being taught by specialist teachers specifically to classes of students receiving ELS.


KET – 42,500 baht per term PET – 34,000 baht per term

Secondary (Year 10 to IB2)

For Year 10 and above the IGCSE ESL and IB English B courses are part of the mainstream curriculum and, as they are taken as options by the students, there is no additional ELS charge.

Is ELS compulsory?

As per our Student Admission Policy, for students who are assessed to need it, Yes.

It is vital that students are proficient in English if they are to succeed at GIS. Therefore, it is a requirement that if a student is identified as needing ELS, they receive this support until they complete the programme.

How is ELS need determined?

Students in Years 1 and 2 will be assessed by their class teacher during their first weeks at GIS. Students entering Year 3 or above will have an interview and take a written test.

All ELS students are assessed at the end of every term. Those who pass their assessment move to the next level. Students who successfully pass the final level will graduate from the ELS programme into mainstream Literacy (Primary) or English (Secondary) lessons.

What if there is SEN and ELS support needed?

Both of these additional provisions are extra on top of standard tuition, as such they are each charged separately.

How much does ELS support cost?

Parents are charged for ELS provision at a rate determined by the School Executive Board (SEB). The rates are included in this document, which is updated annually.

How will these additional fees be charged?

The additional fees for ELS will be labelled as Additional Tuition Fee (ELS) on invoices.



Special Educational Needs (SEN) Provision 2018-2019 Support is given in blocks of 3, 5 or 10 lessons per week. This support may be provided in the following forms and will be determined by the needs of the student as assessed by the subject/class teacher in conjunction with the SEN support teacher.

In-class Small Group

SEN support is provided to a small group of students. Assistance is with explanations and instructions together with the supporting and the monitoring of the students.

Withdrawal Small Group

The SEN Teacher will work with a small group of students on identified strategies to better access the curriculum.

In-class One-to-One

SEN support is provided to an individual. Assistance is with explanations and instructions together with supporting and monitoring.

Withdrawal One-to-One

The SEN Teacher will work with an individual student on specific identified strategies to better access the curriculum.

Is SEN compulsory?

As per our Student Admission Policy, for students who are assessed to need it, Yes.

It is vital that students who need extra assistance in being able to access the curriculum, manage their behaviour or receive supplemental support beyond the curriculum are provided this support if they are to succeed at GIS. Therefore, it is a requirement that if a student is identified as needing SEN that they receive this support while they need it.

How is SEN need determined?

Teachers or parents may refer students for assessment by the SEN Teacher where there may be some concern over access to the curriculum or with behavioural issues.

Students may already have an existing Individual Education Plan (IEP), which is then reviewed by the SEN Teacher. (All IEPs are monitored and regularly reviewed, ongoing strategies are recommended to the teachers to better assist the students).

An IEP may be produced for a student after initial referral.

Students may already have an existing Educational Psychologist Report, which identifies specific learning issues and provides staff with recommended strategies to best support the student. An IEP would then be developed to best implement these strategies.

A student may be required to visit an Educational Psychologist in order to have a report produced.

CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT

1. I accept that before I remove my child/ward for whatsoever reasons, a full academic term’s notice in writing must be given to the school. Failure to give the required notice will result in applicable School Fees (which could include any or all of: Tuition, ELS, SEN, Boarding, Bus, Yearbook, Canteen) being levied for the term that follows.

2. I accept that the School reserves the absolute right not to promote my child/ward if in the opinion of the School it is in the student’s best interest to be retained in his or her current year.

3. I agree that the School reserves the right to suspend or expel my child/ward from School for incidents requiring serious disciplinary action.

4. I hereby agree to pay School Fees in full before the end of the first week upon commencement of each term. I also understand and agree that if I default in paying fees, the School has the right to bar my child/ward from attending class.

5. I have read and accepted the Student Admission Policy. 6. I agree to accept any charge for English Language Support (ELS) or Special Education Needs (SEN) that the School determines

necessary for my child. 7. I agree to my child being included in swimming lessons, educational outings and other educational activities arranged by the

school. In the event of any injury to my child or damage to the property of my child whilst participating in the above, or while on the school premises or being transported to or from the school I will not hold the School or any member of the school staff responsible, provided reasonable care has been taken.

8. I agree that images of my child, which are not named, may be used for items in the Newsletter, advertising or on the school website.

9. I understand that in the event of an emergency every effort will be made to contact the parents. If necessary the school is authorised to seek medical attention for the student from the nearest available qualified medical practitioner. The School and its staff shall not be responsible for medical treatment administered to the student or for the costs incurred by such medical practitioner.

10. I understand that all parents and caregivers named on this form automatically become members of Friends of Garden (FoG), our Parent Teacher Association, and that as a member I will receive occasional emails from Friends of Garden regarding FoG events, activities, surveys, and requests for help.

Garden International School Eastern Seaboard, Ban Chang Accident Insurance for Students All current students are covered under the school's accident insurance scheme for each year of enrolment. The insurer is MSIG Insurance. Claiming Process In order to proceed the claim with our insurance company, the following regulations and information are to be observed:

1. The insurance coverage is 60,000 baht per student, per disability, per year.

2. In the event of an accident at school, or during a school activity off of the school campus, the student will be taken to Queen Sirikit Navy Hospital. The school will pay for hospital costs within the insurance coverage, any amount exceeding 60,000 baht is to be borne by parents.

3. If a parent specifically requests that their child be taken to an alternative hospital, the school will pay for hospital costs within the insurance coverage, any amount exceeding 60,000 baht is to be borne by parents.

4. In the case of an accident outside the school's responsibility, parents would need to pay the hospital costs first and then submit the following documents to the Student Registration Officer at the Front Office to claim from the insurance company accordingly.

• An original medical certificate • An original official receipt of medical treatment • A copy of the student's birth certificate and house registration • A copy of the parent's ID card or passport (for foreigners) with signature to certify

true copy.

Exclusions Where parents have outstanding accounts for Tuition Fees or any other school fees. Any loss or injury arising from/or in consequence of the following causes:

• Action of the insured while under the influence of alcohol, addictive drugs, narcotic drugs.

• Suicide or attempted suicide or self-inflicted injury. • Infections except pyogenic infections, tetanus, or rabies from a wound or cut

suffered as a result of an accident. • Medical treatment or surgical treatment except the necessary treatment for the

injury which is covered under the insurance policy and occurring within in the period of the insurance policy.

• Miscarriage and abortion. • Dental care except necessary first aid treatment within 7 days following an

accident. • Food poisoning. • Backache except a fracture or dislocation of spinal cord as a result of an accident. • War, invasion, civil war, revolution, insurrection, civil commotion, popular rising

against the government, riot, strike, military coup, martial law announcement, terrorism.

• Nuclear weapons, radiation from any nuclear fuel, radioactive contamination, chemical, biological, bio-chemical and electromagnetic weapons.

Loss or injury which occurs:

• While the insured is racing of all kinds of car or boat, horse racing, ski playing or racing, skate racing, boxing, parachute jumping (except for the purpose of life saving), boarding or traveling in a hot-air balloon, gliding, bungee jumping, diving with oxygen tank and breathing equipment under water.

• While the insured is riding or traveling on a motorcycle. • While the insured is boarding or traveling in an aircraft which has no license for

carrying passengers or does not operate as a commercial aircraft. • While the insured is taking part in a brawl or taking part in inciting a brawl. • While the insured is committing a felony or while the insured is being arrested,

under arrest, or escaping the arrest. Note: The above exclusions are subject to change without prior notice.

The cost of the Student ID Card is 200 baht, which is non-refundable.

The Student ID Card is valid from August 1 to July 31 of the following year.

A new Student ID Card is needed for each academic year

At GIS the Student ID Card doubles as the debit card for the canteen. If the Student ID Card is to be used for canteen purchases, then funds need to be credited via the canteen till with an initial credit of at least 20 baht. From this point on additional funds can be added to the Student ID Card for canteen use as required.

Note:

1. The card should be brought to school each day.

2. The card and/or cash balance is/are not transferable.

3. The school reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions without prior notice.

4. The school is not responsible for the loss or damage of the card.

5. In the case of loss or damage a replacement card must be purchased.

6. The card is only valid for the academic year indicated on the front of the card.

7. The card becomes invalid in the case of the student leaving the school during the academic year and any cash balance is voided.

Your choice. Their future. Our family. Student Admission Policy 1. Enrolment Applications are made through the Admission department at the school. Applications for admission to Garden International School are accepted at any time during the academic year, which typically runs from late August to late June. Admission is open to students of all nationalities. Application for admission at all levels requires the completion of the enrolment form, and admission is subject to the payment of the appropriate enrolment fee. Students will be placed in their correct age group, apart from exceptional circumstances. The reasons for these exceptions would be in the best interests of the education of the child and requires approval from the Principal. Where doubt exists as to the reason for leaving a previous school, the Principal, Head of Secondary or Head of Primary will contact the previous school, prior to accepting the students. Final approval for admission lies with the Principal. Required Documents

1. An official copy of the previous two year’s school reports (except Foundation). 2. A photocopy of the birth certificate, passport and student visa. 3. Three recent colour passport-size photographs. 4. A photocopy of the parents’ passports (for foreigners). 5. A photocopy of the parents’ I.D cards and house registration (for Thais).

Procedures for admission to the school vary slightly according to the age of the candidate: Early Years

Children are admitted to Early Years if they are of an age that they would automatically progress to Nursery the following Academic Year. That is, they have to be three years old before the next 1st of September. The child and his or her parents need to meet the classroom teacher before admission to the school in order for the teacher to advise the parent on how many half or full days are appropriate. The decision of how many full or half days is taken jointly by the parents and the teacher. If parents wish to change the number of half or full days that their child spends in the Early Years classroom then this must be done following a parent-teacher meeting which will assess the appropriateness of the time the child spends at school. Nursery and Reception An open policy will apply. Admission requires a preliminary interview with the parent/s by the appropriate Nursery or Reception teacher. Children must be independent toilet users to enter Nursery or Reception. Primary (Years 1 to 6) and Secondary (Years 7 to 9) Admission requires a preliminary interview with the parent/s by a member of our Admissions department. There may be a recommendation that prospective entrants have an interview with the Head of Secondary or Head of Primary.

An English test administered by the English Language Support (ELS) Coordinator is required to determine the ELS needs where a student does not have English as a first language. The level of English for Year 1 and 2 students is assessed in the first weeks in school. Students in Year 9 who have not passed the KET test by the end of Term 2 will be required to enroll in Year 8 at the beginning of Term 3. Students admitted for, or during, Term 3 will not be able to join Year 9 without at least a proven KET level of English. Secondary – Year 10 All prospective entrants must have an interview with the Deputy Head of Secondary. An English language test is mandatory where a student does not have English as a first language, to be conducted by the English Language Support (ELS) department. The minimum standard is a pass in the University of Cambridge KET test, or equivalent. The student must select option subjects from the options list. Secondary - Year 11 All prospective entrants must have an interview with the Deputy Head of Secondary. An English language test is mandatory where a student does not have English as a first language, to be conducted by the English Language Support (ELS) department. The minimum standard is a pass in the University of Cambridge PET test, or equivalent. The student must select option subjects from the options list International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme All prospective entrants must have an interview with the IBDP Coordinator. Entrance to Year 12, to begin IB study towards the diploma, requires a minimum of five passes at (I)GCSE with C grade or better, or in the case of a student entering from another system, evidence that they have reached a standard of academic achievement such that they are likely to succeed in the IB Diploma Programme. An English language test is mandatory where a student does not have English as a first language, to be conducted by the English Language Support (ELS) department. The minimum standard is a C pass in the University of Cambridge ESL examination, or equivalent. Exceptionally, entry may be considered in to Year 12 after November providing it is clearly understood that the student may have to start Year 12 again the following year if necessary. For students unable to meet our entry requirements an alternative course involving aspects of ELS, intensive IB course study in a reduced number of subjects to Certificate level, some IGCSE subjects or alternative study programmes such as our 3-year IB Foundation course may be recommended. The student must select option subjects from our options list. Entrance to Year 13 is highly unusual, students must have been studying the IB diploma all the previous year, and be adjudged to have a reasonable chance of success in either IB Certificate or Diploma examinations. The student must select option subjects from our options list. Students who have already completed 1 year of study at a comparable level to Year 12, and are adjudged to have a reasonable chance of success in either the IB Certificate or Diploma examinations, will be considered on their merits.

Transfers from other International Schools We welcome students transferring from other International Schools. Students from other Educational Systems We are committed to successfully integrating our students into the school community, and to help ease the transition between different educational systems. Excluded or Potentially Disruptive Students Where it is deemed that the applicant is unlikely to cause any harm to our current students or disruption to the existing school ethos and organization, then our policy is that such students be given a second chance to continue their education However, it will be made clear to the applicant and their parents, that we accept such students on a one term probationary basis, and reserves the right to demand their removal at any time should patterns of behaviour be unacceptable to us. The school may insist on a home-school agreement. Students with Special Needs The student will need to meet with our Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher. If the school, in consultation with the parents, considers it has the capacity to contribute meaningfully to the progress of the student, and there are no disadvantages to other students, then such students will be welcomed. Parents should be aware that the school site covers a wide area with buildings of more than one storey and without elevators. Students with physical disabilities will be admitted if their disability allows them to access all learning areas of the building safely, and access the curriculum, without detriment to their or others’ learning. In some circumstances a one-to-one teaching assistant or additional special needs support may be required. This would be at parental expense.

2. Financial DetailsEnrolment Fees

These are non-refundable, are payable per child, and shall be forwarded to the school during the application process, together with the Application Form and other required documents.

Given the fact that some families may be transitory in the area and may seek short-term enrolments for their children, the Enrolment Fee may, by negotiation, be paid per term over the first 6 terms of enrolment as follows:

Foundation – 12,000 baht per term Year 1 to IB2 – 24,000 baht per term

Application Fee

This is non-refundable, and is payable when the Application Form is submitted. This fee covers administrative costs, which includes any necessary testing.

School Bus Fees

For school bus service, parents must complete the School Bus Request Form. The school will notify the parent once the student gets a school bus seat.

For school bus service cancellation, parents must complete the School Bus Cancellation Form, 15 days in advance.

Invoices

This School receives no grant or sponsorship from any agency, hence its successful operation depends on the prompt receipt of school fees.

The payment schedule for invoices for the school year (except for Year 11 and IB – where billing/payment is in Term 1 and 2 only):

• Term 1, Invoices are issued before/on June 1, Payment Due Date: 30 days from invoice date.• Term 2, Invoices are issued before/on November 1, Payment Due Date: 30 days from invoice date.• Term 3, Invoices are issued before/on March 1, Payment Due Date: 30 days from invoice date.

The invoices are billed in Thai baht and will be based on attendance during the current term, please inform the Admissions Department immediately should any changes occur.

If invoices are not received as detailed above, please contact our Admissions Department immediately.

New students must pay all school fees before they are placed in their classroom.

Note:

If payment is not made, or no alternative arrangements have been made with our Accounts department:

• The child will not be allowed to attend school, from the day after the account is due, which alsomeans that any School Bus service will be suspended, until the outstanding account is settled.

• The child, if in Year 3 or above, will not be issued with a Student ID Card if the outstandingaccount is for Term 1 Tuition Fees.

• The Accident Insurance coverage of 60,000 baht which the school pays for the child with MSIG willlapse from the day after the account is due until the outstanding account is settled.

• The penalty interest of 150 baht per day will be charged from the day after the account is due andwill be included with the payment of the outstanding account.

• Any Bursary, Discount or Scholarship will lapse from the day after the account is due and full feeswill be applicable. A new invoice will be issued accordingly.

Refund Policy

• 90% of the Tuition Fee paid is refundable if withdrawal (with written notice and the return of schoolborrowings) is done before school starts.

• 80% of the Tuition Fee paid is refundable if withdrawal (with written notice and the return of schoolborrowings) is done during the first week of school year.

• 60% of the Tuition Fee is paid refundable if withdrawal (with written notice and the return of schoolborrowings) is done during the first 2 weeks of school year.

• NO refund is given if withdrawal is done after 2 weeks of school.• For cases where a student is Excluded from the school, NO refund is given.

Boarding Fees

Boarding Fees are paid on a termly basis. If a boarder is in Year 11 or IB2 their third term does not finish on the final day of the annual academic calendar. Instead, it finishes on the Friday immediately following their final exam. Please see exam timetables for more. This is usually around the 3rd week of May for IB exams and the first week of June for IGCSE exams.

Discount

1. For non-Thai nationals, discount for the second, third or subsequent child:

• Second Child - 10% discount for the tuition fees• Third Child/Subsequent Child - 15% discount for the tuition fees

2. Thai nationals qualify for a Thai Discount on tuition fees. Proof of nationality of the child must beprovided.

• From Year 1 to 11 - for a child to receive the (10%) Thai Discount, the child must be enrolled as Thai,and therefore MUST study Thai Language as a subject - as per MoE requirements (5 periods percycle).

• For IB - for a child to receive the (25%) Thai Discount, the child must be enrolled as Thai, andtherefore MUST study Thai Language as a subject.

• For Reception - for a child to receive the (10%) Thai Discount, the child must be enrolled as Thai, andtherefore MUST study Thai Language as a subject - as per MoE requirements (of 2 periods per cyclein Reception and then of 5 periods per cycle from Year 1 to 11).

• For Early years and Nursery - for a child to receive the (10%) Thai Discount, the child must beenrolled as Thai, and therefore MUST study Thai Language as a subject - as per MoE requirementswhen reaching Reception, of 2 periods per cycle and then of 5 periods per cycle from Year 1 to 11).

Note: For children of dual nationality the Thai Discount on tuition fees will only apply if the child is enrolled as Thai and meets the above requirements for undertaking Thai Language. A child of dual nationality enrolled in a nationality other than Thai does not qualify for the 10% Thai Discount and is ineligible to study Thai Language as a Thai citizen.

3. A full year’s Tuition Fees paid in advance entitles the student to a 3% discount.

Overdue Payment

คาธรรมเนยมแรกเขา (Enrollment Fees)

คาธรรมเนยมแรกเขาน ไมสามารถขอเงนคนได เปนคาธรรมเนยมตอนกเรยนหนงคน ชาระใหแกโรงเรยนระหวางขนตอนการสมครเขาเรยน โดยชาระพรอมกบการนาสงใบสมคร และเอกสารการสมครอน ๆ

แตอยางไรกตาม อาจมบางครอบครวทโยกยายมาอยในพนทนชวคราว และมองหาโรงเรยนระยะสน ๆ ใหแกบตรหลาน ดงนน โรงเรยนจงอาจยดหยนการเกบคาธรรมเนยมแรกเขาน หรอใหมการแบงชาระคาธรรมเนยมเปนระยะเวลา 6 เทอมแรก ตามรายละเอยดดงน

ชนเตรยมอนบาล (Early Years) – 12,000 บาทตอเทอมชนอนบาล 1 และอนบาล 2 (Nursery and Reception) – 12,000 บาทตอเทอมชนประถมและมธยม (Primary and Secondary) – 24,000 บาทตอเทอม

คาใบสมคร (Application Fee)

คาใบสมครน ไมสามารถขอเงนคนได และตองชาระพรอมกบการนาสงใบสมคร คาใบสมครนครอบคลมถงงานดานเอกสารตาง ๆ รวมถงการทดสอบทจาเปนกอนรบนกเรยนเขา

คารถโรงเรยน (School Bus Fees)

หากผปกครองประสงคใชบรการรถโรงเรยน ผปกครองจะตองกรอกแบบฟอรมการขอใชรถโรงเรยนใหครบถวน โรงเรยนจะแจงใหผปกครองทราบ เมอสามารถจดหาทนงใหนกเรยนได

ในการยกเลกใชบรการรถโรงเรยน ผปกครองจะตองกรอกแบบฟอรมขอยกเลกการใชรถโรงเรยนใหครบถวน แลวนาสงลวงหนาเปนเวลา 15 วน

ใบแจงหน (Invoices)

โรงเรยนเราไมไดรบเงนชวยเหลอหรอเงนอดหนนจากสถาบนใด ๆ ดงนน การดาเนนงานตาง ๆ ของโรงเรยนใหสาเรจลลวงไดจงขนอยกบการเกบคาธรรมเนยมการศกษาไดอยางรวดเรว

ตารางการชาระคาธรรมเนยมการศกษาประจาปการศกษา (ยกเวนชน Year 11 และ IB ทการสงใบแจงหน หรอการชาระเงนคอเทอม 1 และเทอม 2 เทานน) :

• เทอม 1 โรงเรยนจะสงใบแจงหนออกไปกอน หรอภายในวนท 1 มถนายน กาหนดชาระเงนภายใน 30 วนนบจากวนทในใบแจงหน

• เทอม 2 โรงเรยนจะสงใบแจงหนออกไปกอน หรอภายในวนท 1 พฤศจกายน กาหนดชาระเงนภายใน 30 วนนบจากวนทในใบแจงหน

• เทอม 3 โรงเรยนจะสงใบแจงหนออกไปกอน หรอภายในวนท 1 มนาคม กาหนดชาระเงนภายใน 30 วนนบจากวนทในใบแจงหน

ใบแจงหนททานไดรบ จานวนเงนเปนบาท และองกบการเรยนในเทอมปจจบน หากมการเปลยนแปลงกรณาแจงฝายรบสมครนกเรยนใหมทนท

หากทานมไดรบใบแจงหนตามรายละเอยดขางตน กรณาตดตอฝายรบสมครนกเรยนใหมทนท

นกเรยนใหมตองชาระคาธรรมเนยมการศกษาทกอยางกอน นกเรยนจงจะสามารถเขาไปเรยนได

หมายเหต: หากไมมการชาระคาธรรมเนยมการศกษา หรอไมมการตดตอแผนกบญชถงทางเลอกในการชาระเงนใด ๆ

• นกเรยนจะไมไดรบอนญาตใหเขาเรยน นบจากวนทเกนกาหนดชาระเงน ซงหมายความวา บรการรถโรงเรยนกจะถกระงบเชนกนจนกวาจะมการชาระยอดคางจายทงหมด

• นกเรยนทอยชน Year 3 เปนตนไป จะไมไดรบบตรประจาตวนกเรยน หากยงมยอดคางชาระคาธรรมเนยมการศกษาของเทอม 1

• ประกนอบตเหตนกเรยนทมวงเงนคมครองคารกษาพยาบาล 60,000 บาท จากประกนภยของ MSIG ซงปกตโรงเรยนชาระคาเบยประกนใหจะไมคมครองนกเรยนอกตอไปนบจากวนแรกทเกนกาหนดชาระเงน จนกวาจะมการชาระยอดคางจายทงหมด

• จะมคาปรบเปนจานวนเงนวนละ 150 บาท นบจากวนแรกทเกนกาหนดชาระเงน และคาปรบนจะรวมอยในรายการยอดคางชาระทงหมด

• สวนลดตาง ๆ ในทกรปแบบ จะเปนโมฆะนบจากวนแรกทเกนกาหนดชาระเงน และโรงเรยนจะคดคาธรรมเนยมการศกษาทกอยางในราคาเตม โดยจะมการออกใบแจงหนใบใหมสงใหตอไป

นโยบายการคนเงน

• หากนกเรยนถอนตวกอนโรงเรยนเปดปการศกษาใหม (โดยมการแจงเปนลายลกษณอกษรและนกเรยนคนทรพยสนของโรงเรยนทนกเรยนยมไป) โรงเรยนจะคนเงนคาธรรมเนยมการศกษาให 90%

• หากนกเรยนถอนตวภายในสปดาหแรกของภาคเรยน (โดยมการแจงเปนลายลกษณอกษรและนกเรยนคนทรพยสนของโรงเรยนทนกเรยนยมไป) โรงเรยนจะคนเงนคาธรรมเนยมการศกษาให 80%

• หากนกเรยนถอนตวภายใน 2 สปดาหแรกของภาคเรยน (โดยมการแจงเปนลายลกษณอกษรและนกเรยนคนทรพยสนของโรงเรยนทนกเรยนยมไป) โรงเรยนจะคนเงนคาธรรมเนยมการศกษาให 60%

• จะไมมการคนเงนใด ๆ ให หากนกเรยนถอนตวหลงจากโรงเรยนเปดไปแลว 2 สปดาห

• กรณนกเรยนถกไลออกจากโรงเรยน จะไมมการคนเงนใด ๆ ให

คาหอพกนกเรยน (Boarding Fees)

คาหอพกนกเรยนตองชาระเปนรายเทอม หากนกเรยนหอพกอยในชน Year 11 หรอ IB2 วนเรยนวนสดทายของเทอม 3 ของพวกเขาจะไมใชวนสดทายตามทแสดงในปฏทนโรงเรยน แตจะเปนวนศกรตอจากวนทพวกเขาสอบปลายภาคเสรจแลว กรณาดรายละเอยดจากตารางสอบของนกเรยน ซงโดยปกตจะอยในชวงสปดาหท 3 ของเดอนพฤษภาคมสาหรบการสอบ IB และในชวงสปดาหแรกของเดอนมถนายนสาหรบการสอบ IGCSE

สวนลด 1. สาหรบนกเรยนทมใชสญชาตไทย จะไดรบสวนลดสาหรบบตรคนท 2 และคนท 3 หรอคนถดมา

• บตรคนท 2 – สวนลด 10% สาหรบคาธรรมเนยมการศกษา

• บตรคนท 3 หรอบตรคนถดมา – สวนลด 15% สาหรบคาธรรมเนยมการศกษา

2. นกเรยนทมสญชาตไทย จะไดรบสวนลดคาธรรมเนยมการศกษาสาหรบคนไทย แตตองนาสงหลกฐานทแสดงวานกเรยนเปนบคคลสญชาตไทย

• Year 1 ถง Year 11 - สาหรบนกเรยนทไดรบสวนลดสาหรบคนไทย (10%) นกเรยนจะตองลงทะเบยนเปนนกเรยนไทย ดงนนจงตองเรยนวชาภาษาไทย ตามกฎขอบงคบของกระทรวงศกษาธการ (จานวน 5 คาบเรยนตอรอบ)

• ระดบ IB - สาหรบนกเรยนทไดรบสวนลดสาหรบคนไทย (25%) นกเรยนจะตองลงทะเบยนเปนนกเรยนไทย ดงนนจงตองเรยนวชาภาษาไทย

• Reception - สาหรบนกเรยนทไดรบสวนลดสาหรบคนไทย (10%) นกเรยนจะตองลงทะเบยนเปนนกเรยนไทย ดงนนจงตองเรยนวชาภาษาไทย ตามกฎขอบงคบของกระทรวงศกษาธการ (จานวน 2 คาบเรยนตอรอบในชน Reception และเพมเปน 5 คาบเรยนตอรอบตงแตชน Year 1 ถง Year 11)

• Early years และ Nursery - สาหรบนกเรยนทไดรบสวนลดสาหรบคนไทย (10%) นกเรยนจะตองลงทะเบยนเปนนกเรยนไทย ดงนนจงตองเรยนวชาภาษาไทย ตามกฎขอบงคบของกระทรวงศกษาธการ เมอขนชน Reception (จานวน 2 คาบเรยนตอรอบในชน Reception) และเพมเปน 5 คาบเรยนตอรอบตงแตชน Year 1 ถง Year 11 หมายเหต นกเรยนทถอสองสญชาต จะไดรบสวนลดสาหรบคนไทยตอเมอนกเรยนลงทะเบยนเปนนกเรยนไทย และปฏบตตามขอกาหนดขางตนในการลงเรยนวชาภาษาไทย นกเรยนทถอสองสญชาตแตลงทะเบยนเปนนกเรยนตางชาตจะไมไดรบสวนลด 10% ซงเปนสวนลดสาหรบคนไทยและไมตองลงเรยนวชา ภาษาไทยเหมอนนกเรยนไทย

3. หากมการชาระคาธรรมเนยมการศกษาลวงหนา 1 ปเตม จะไดรบสวนลดเพมอก 3% ของจานวนเงนทจะตองจาย

หมายเหต: 1. นกเรยนจากบรษทคสญญาทไดรบสวนลดสาหรบบรษทแลว จะไมสามารถรบสวนลดดงกลาวขางตนซาอก

2. โรงเรยนมสทธยกเลก หรอถอดถอนความชวยเหลอใด ๆ ไมวาจะเปน สวนลดสาหรบผมปญหาดานการเงน (Bursary) สวนลด (Discount) หรอทนการศกษา

(Scholarship) เตมจานวน หากยงมไดมการชาระคาธรรมเนยมการศกษาเตมจานวนภายในเวลาทกาหนด

วธการชาระเงน

1. โดย เงนสด

2. โดย บตรเครดต (มาสเตอร วซา และบตรของธนาคารกสกร) มคาธรรมเนยมการใชบตรเครดต

3. โดย เชคขดครอม สงจายในนาม “MBf Taylors Limited” หรอ “บรษทเอมบเอฟ เทยเลอรส จากด” กรณาบวกเพม 0.2% สาหรบคาธรรมเนยมธนาคาร ยกเวนเชคของธนาคารสาขาในจงหวดระยอง

4. โดย วธโอนเงนเขาบญช (รายละเอยดดในใบแจงหน) กรณารวมคาธรรมเนยมธนาคารทจะถกหกปลายทางดวย หากทานชาระเงนโดยวธโอนเขาธนาคาร กรณาสงสาเนาใบโอนเงนจากธนาคาร โดยระบชอนกเรยนใหชดเจน มายงแผนกบญชของโรงเรยน

กรณชาระเงนไมตรงตามกาหนด

คาธรรมเนยมทกอยาง จะตองชาระภายในวนทระบในใบแจงหน รายการใดมการชาระลาชา หรอไมตรงตามกาหนด จะมการคดคาปรบเปนดอกเบย
