When you transfer the order to SAP GTS, the system synchronously checks this address against the sanctioned party list. If there is a match, the system blocks the order. To deliver the order, you manually release the blocked order in SAP GTS. If you create a relevant delivery for the order and no further changes occur in this delivery, SAP GTS recognizes that this address (that was changed in the order) was already released and SAP GTS prevents a new SPL screening. The GTS system does not block the delivery. However, if you change the delivery after you create a relevant delivery (for example, goods issue), the system incorrectly runs the SPL screening and blocks the delivery.
