Thank you for your interest in the Goldra3 Thinking Process Jonah Workshop sponsored by Goldra3 Marke<ng Group, the TOC Ins<tute and TOC4You. Dates: April 13 -‐ 16 & April 27 -‐ 30, 2016

Heppenheim is located 1 hour from Frankfurt & 30 minutes from Heidelberg in Germany. Par<cipants can fly into Frankfurt (FRA) or Mannheim City (MHG) airports.

Course Content and Schedule for the Workshop:
Every day: 9:30 -‐ 17:30 including lunch break for about one hour
The general structure of the workshop is:
First 4 days:
• Establishing expecta<ons and choosing the subject ma3er.
• Making the analysis of the current situa<on – Learning how to build a Current Reality Tree and the Core Cloud to answer the ques<on “What to change?”
• Finding the direc<on of the solu<on – Learning how to surface assump<ons and finding the required changes.
Second 4 days:
• Building the Future Reality – Learning how to build the Future Reality Tree and Nega<ve Branches to answer the ques<on “What to change to?”
• Lis<ng and overcoming obstacles to the implementa<on to answer the ques<on “How to cause the change?”
• Learning the basics of the Strategy & Tac<c Tree as a communica<on and implementa<on tool.
Instructors:
This workshop will be conducted by TOC Professionals who are cer<fied in the TOC Thinking Processes. Par<cipants will benefit from the knowledge and experience of 4 cer<fied TOC instructors provided by the TOC Ins<tute during this workshop. Workshop Fee: 8.500,00 EUR per par<cipant *
The workshop fee includes workshop par<cipa<on and the par<cipants learning resources (Jonah Workshop materials, the Theory of Constraints (TOC) Handbook, full access to TOC.tv for one year), lunch, refreshments & coffee and par<cipant's comple<on cer<ficate.
The workshop is work intensive and from <me to <me the par<cipants need some “<me out” required for clear thinking. Therefore, during the first 4 days a short guided tour of the city in English language and a dinner for all par<cipants will be included. For the second 4 days, a guided tour of the castle will be included.
The fee does not include Travel & Lodging and/or transporta<on costs.
* Early Registra<on: 20% Early bird discount by December 31st, 2015, 5% discount by February 15, 2016. Special pricing is available for mul<ple par<cipants from the same company (please contact us).
Maximum # of par%cipants:
To maximize the learning and workshop quality, a maximum total number of 10 par<cipants will be allowed to enroll in this workshop.
Therefore a non-‐refundable fee of 250,00 EUR will be charged upon registra<on.

Payment & Terms:
Once your registra<on has been made, you will receive an Invoice for the Workshop Fee of 8.500,00 EUR per par<cipant. The payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Cancella<on policy for par<cipants: Cancella<ons are accepted for a full refund minus 10% service fee by February 15, 2016. and for a 50% refund by March 15, 2016. Any cancella<ons made later than March 15, 2016 will have the op<on to transfer the registra<on to another person or hold for a3endance at a future workshop.

• Write up – You will need to provide a short descrip<on of yourself. Think of a subject ma3er to be used as the corner stone for your analysis and solu<on during the workshop. The subject ma3er must be one in which you have intui<on about (you are closely related to it) and you are responsible to improve. The write up together with your personal details must be provided at least 5 business days prior to the commencement of the workshop.
