    CAC LINH KIEN BAN DAN

    Ngc lai, cac linh kien co the thay oi trang thai t dan ien sang ngat ien vangc lai thong qua tac dung cua tn hieu ieu khien , c goi la linh kien co kha nang kch

    ngat (Self commutated device-tam dch linh kien t chuyen mach). ai dien cho nhom linhkien nay la transistor (BJT,MOSFET,IGBT), GTO(Gate-Turn-Off thyristor),IGCT,MCT,MTO.

    Tren ay, ta cha e cap en tac dung ien ap va dong ien cua mach cong suatlen qua trnh chuyen oi trang thai lam viec cua linh kien. Tn hieu ieu khien len manhcong ieu khien ch co tac dung khi trang thai ien ap at vao hai cc chnh ngo ra cua linhkien co chieu phan cc va o ln phu hp.

    Vi nhng nhan xet tren, cac linh kien ban dan cong suat, theo chc nang ongva ngat dong ien va theo kha nang ieu khien cac chc nang nay, co the chia lam 3 nhomchnh:

    - Nhom mot: gom cac linh kien khong ieu khien nh diode, diac;- Nhom hai: gom cac linh kien ieu khien kch ong c nh thyristor, triac;- Nhom ba: gom cac linh kien khien kch ngat c nh transistor

    (BJT,MOSFET,IGBT), GTO.Ngoai ra, dang mach phc hp gom thyristor va bo chuyen mach cung co kha nang

    ong dong ien cung nh ngat dong ien qua no nh tac dung cua cac tn hieu ieu khien lencac cong ieu khien. Ve kha canh ieu khien, mach phc hp nay cung vi cac linh kiennhom ba tao thanh nhom cong tac t chuyen mach.

    1.3-TRANSISTOR BJT CONG SUAT (BIPOLAR JUNCTION TRANSISTOR)

    Linh kien MTO thyristor c phat trien bi hang SPCO (Silicon PowerCoperation) tren c s cong nghe GTO va MOSFET. Chung khac phuc cac nhciem cua GTO lien quan en cong suat mach kch, mach bao ve va cac han che cua
