• Goals:• To enhance the GSMP Franchise Process and

deliver “phase 2” documentation

• To incorporate additional feedback from the MO’s in the pilot

• 1. Status report from existing Franchises.

• 2. Voting/Validation model. • Complete this model from the discussion in Budapest.

• 3. Moving from a "compiled" to an "ad hoc" Global Agenda environment. • synchronizing meeting schedules. • timely feedback for development.

• 4. Management and Oversight of MO Franchises. • overseeing administration of the Franchises.

• 5. Name Change: • the long term "go to market" name for the Franchise process.

Survey Recap

• The last Global Agenda Survey was sent out on July 19th

• GA meeting was cancelled due to Physical meeting AND• there were no responses • So, we have re-dated the Survey and updated with new questions• Links are in the GA

• As a result of BCS acceptance, meetings will increase to 1 hour, every two weeks.  • Either Thursday evening (4 or 5 PM US time) or Friday morning

around 8:00 AM.• Meetings alternate
