a) Kórperliche Faktoren:Sehkraft und Gehór;Schwindelfreiheit beim Arbeiten ineiner gewissen Hóhe;Volle Zurechnungsfáhigkeit (nichtunter Einfluß von Rauschgift oderAikohol).

Die Kranfúhrer mússen die Spracheverstehen, in der die Dokumente undHinweise auf den Schildern derHubgeráte geschrieben sind.

DESCRIPTION DE LAMACHINE

La grue faisant l’objet de cette notice aété concue et construite pour souleverdes charges verticalement parl’intermédiaire d’un crochet. La normeservant de base à l’étude est laDIN15018: la classe de soulèvementpréchoisie est la H1, le régime dechargement est le B3. Cela signifieque la vie prévue de la grue est égaleà 600.000 cycles de travail à unrégime de chargement léger, ou à200.000 cycles de travail à un régimede chargement moyen. Par cycle detravaii, on entend la série d’opérationsqui s’effectuent à partir du moment oùla charge quitte le sol jusqu’au momentoù elle arrive à destination. Le régimede chargement léger est celui où lagrue soulève rarement les chargesmaximum soulevabies et fréquemmentles charges correspondant à 33% desa charge maximum soulevabie. Lerégime de chargement moyen est celuioù la grue soulève rarement lescharges maximum soulevables etfréquemment les chargescorrespondant à 66% de sa chargemaximum soulevable. Sur la base desindications ci-dessus, les usagessuivants sont à considérer commeimpropres:

- Soulèvement de charges fixes (déracinement d’arbres, extraetion de poteaux).

- Traction de charges.

1.1MACHINE DESCRIPTION

The crane subject of this cataloquehas been designed and made to liftnon-constrained loads vertically with ahook.The standards used for the design areDIN 15018: the chosen lifting ciass isHl, the loading system is B3.This means that the expected servicelife of the crane is equal to 600000work cycles with a light load system, or200000 work cycles with a mediumload system.A work cycle is defined to be the set ofoperations carried out from themoment the load leaves the ground tothe moment it is put back down in thedesired piace.A light load system is defined to bewhen the crane rareiy lifts the ratedloads, while it frequentiy lifts loads inthe order of 33% of the rated ones.A medium load system is defined to’bewhen the crane infrequently lifts therated loads, while it normally lifts loadsin the order of 66% of the rated ones.On the basis of the above, improperuse of the crane are considered to bethe following:

La grue doit travailier sur un sol aplani.Des niveaux à bulles sont installés àcóté des postes de commande pourcontrôler l’horizontalité du bâti de lagrue (cfr. fig.2).

La grue doit étre manoeuvrée par unseul opérateur à la fois. Durant lesmanoeuvres, l’opérateur doit toujoursavoir à portée de la main les dispositifsd’actionnement et d’arrêt. La zone demanoeuvre de la grue doit êtredélimitée par des barrières et signaléepar une signalétique adéquate (cfr.fig.3).Il est interdit de stationner ou detransiter dans le rayon d’action de lagrue . Avant le début de chaqueopération, contrôler qu’il n’y aitpersonne dans le rayon d’action de lagrue. Signaler le début des opérationspar des signalisations adéquates.L’opérateur doit toujours avoir unevision complète de la zone de travail.Dans ce but, il devra choisir le poste decommande le plus adapté fig.4.

OPERATING SAFETYREGULATIONS

lt is forbidden to stay or transit in therange of action of the crane.

Before starting each operation makesure no one is within the operatingarea of the crane.

Warn you are starting operations withthe appropriata signs.

The operator must always have fulivision of the work area; for thispurpose he must choose the mostsuitabie controi station. For examplethe station shown in Fig. 4

Pour garantir la sécuritá de la grue, ilfaut la relier à la terre.

Pour ce faire, il faut disposer de:

- Une tige métallique conduetrice d’électricitá d’une lonqueur de 1,5m environ.

- Un cábie électrique d’une section minimum de 10 mm ².

- Une borne à vis soudables.

Pianter la tige métallique dans le sol àune profondeur de 1m au moins, relierune extrémité du cáble à la tigemétallique et l’autre extrémité à laborne que l’on fixe au báti de la grueou au chássis du camion.

La borne ne doit pas étre fixée à despièces vissées comme les vannes, lesmoteurs, les rédueteurs ou autres.

This can occur especially if theelements piaced between thesupport piates of the stabilizers andthe ground are of an insulatingmaterial (for example wood).Special care must be paid if thecrane is used:

-close to transmitters (radio stationsand the like),

To ensure the safety of theequipment, it must be earthed.

To do this you need to have:

- A metal rod condueting electricity approximateiy 1.5 m long.

- An electric cabie with a minimum cross section of 10mm2.

- A screw terminai that can be welded.

Avant de manoeuvrer avec la grue, ilfaut vérifier le bon état de tous lesdispositifs de sécurité.

Si un seui des contrles suivants n’est passatisfaisant, s’adresser à un atelier deréparations agréé.

Before operatine the crane you needto cheek the efficiency of ali the safetydevices. lf even just one of the 1following checks is not satisfied go toan authorized workshop.

1) Stabilizer cock valves Operate the controi lever of the stabilizers and cheek for each cylinder there is no movement of the stern. Remember that with the crane in working conditions the cock must stop oil passing through.
