Creole: The Indian Ocean is known for its rich bounty of large and

flavourful fish. The Tuna and King Fish are the favourites and are frequently

fried or else grilled in the garlic butter sauce. At times, the seafood at

Seychelles is made in "Cari" fashion that involves green and red curries. Our

chef are delighted to share with all our valuable guest a bite of colourful and

taste Creole cuisine.

Asian:

Sauteing, frying, and deep-frying are the most commonly used cooking

techniques in Asia. Vegetable oil, hot pepper, and spices are necessities in

Northeast Asian cuisine. Southeast Asian traditional cuisine includes the

cuisines of Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Laos, and Singapore. Southeast

Asian cuisine is based on rice and curries as well as yogurt. At Hilton

Northolme you will truly experience the really Asian cuisine.

Indian:

Our Executive Chef brings the most relishing tastes of the Indian cuisine,

offering excellent and authentic Indian menus. Breakfast such us chutney,

Batata wada, Medu wada, Poha Upma, Sabudana Khichdi, fruit juices and

more.

Arabic:

The taste of the authentic Arab cuisine is mainly a combination of

Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Indian food. Including as innamon,

Curry powder, Fish, Garlic, Lamb , Mild to hot sauces, Mint, Onion, Rice,

Saffron, Sesame, Yogurt, Spices (similar to the Indian cuisine) due to heavy

trading between the two regions.
