CUSTOM TAILGATE SPACESGrids located in the Uecker and Yount parking lots east of Miller Park (see on map on right)

» Tailgate Grids allow you to design your tailgate any way you want, including, but not limited to: tents, tables, chairs, catering, tailgating games, etc.

» Each grid size is 36’ X 27’ (or the equivalent of six parking spaces)

» Two vehicle set-up passes will be provided for each grid purchased, allowing access to the grid space one hour prior to the parking lots opening

» All vehicle set-up passes must use the vehicle set-up pass route (see on map on right)

» Your exact grid location within the Uecker or Yount Lots will be posted on the Tailgate Grid Location Map (see on map on right); your location will not be communicated prior to your arrival

» Buses are not allowed to park on the tailgate grids and are required to park in the Bus Parking lot (see on map on right)

POLICIES & PROCEDURES

ORDERING PRIOR TO THE EVENTTo ensure that we meet your food and beverage requirements, we request that you place your orders along with menu selections at least three weeks prior to the scheduled event. The guarantee of final guest count is required ten (10) business days prior to the event. After this time, the guaranted number is NOT subject to reduction. However, we can increase your number up until 72 hours prior to the scheduled event day.

CANCELLATIONSShould you need to cancel a food or beverage order, please contact the Catering Office (414) 902-4736, at least three weeks prior to your scheduled event to avoid any charges to your account. A cancellation less than 21 days prior to your event will result in a nonrefundable deposit. If a cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the event, full charges will be applied to your account.

METHOD OF PAYMENTUpon signing of the catering contract, a 50 percent deposit is required. Payment can be made via credit card only. The remaining balance of the event will be applied to the credit card on file at the completion of the event.

BUFFET INFORMATIONDelaware North Sportservice requires a minimum of 25 people when catering an event at Miller Park. All parties are based on a two-hour time frame and end promptly at the scheduled start of the Brewers game.

SPECIAL REQUESTSIf you have a specific dietary restriction or needs, please let us know. If at any time you require an item not offered on the tailgate menu, please contact the Catering Coordinator. We will do everything possible to accommodate your special requests.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGESTo ensure a safe and enjoyable time and to maintain compliance with the rules and regulations of the State of Wisconsin and Miller Park, no alcoholic beverages may be brought into or removed from any catering area when provided by Delaware North.

It is the responsibility of the Event Coordinator to ensure that no minors or intoxicated persons consume alcoholic beverages in catered areas. We reserve the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to a person who appears to be intoxicated.

EXCLUSIVITYDelaware North Sportservice is the exclusive caterer for Miller Park. It is not permissible for guests to bring food and or beverages into any catered area. Any food or beverage product brought into the catered area without proper authorization from the Catering Office will be confiscated and / or charged to the event at a normal retail price for such items.

All food and beverage is subject to an 18 percent taxable administrative charge and 6.1 percent sales tax. Groups requesting tax exemption must provide tax-exempt status with the return of the signed contract prior to their event. Gratuities are at the Event Coordinator’s discretion.
