was established to realize and achieve the

objectives of our core team. We provide an

HENNING & HARVEY are based in South Africa, with offices in Blythedale Beach, Stanger satellite

offices in Kabwe, Zambia and Lilongwe, Malawi. Whilst we operate throughout Southern Africa, we

enjoy the benefit of an impressive team with backgrounds in national & international operations. Our

services extend to various African countries such as Malawi, Namibia, Uganda, Mozambique,

Swaziland, Zambia, Ivory Coast and Ghana.

OPERATION

HENNING & HARVEY undertakes projects in all Urban, Semi Urban and rural areas. Our careful

assessment of the accessibility and infrastructure of each site ensures that our projects are executed

in the most time and cost efficient and effective manner. Our company and its employees take pride

in their workmanship and flexibility of its operations. We are able to establish and maintain large

teams of skilled and semi-skilled personal on sites, throughout the duration of the Projects.

Andy Khumbanyiwa – Executive Officer (Malawi / Africa)

Andy G. Khumbanyiwa has worked on diverse multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams. He is results-driven, client responsive and has strong analytical, leadership, networking, problem-solving and inter-personal skills. He has vast experience in strategic policy planning, advocacy and implementation;project/ program cycle management, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), as well as human and financialresource management skills.

Andy has vast experience in project management having worked for the African Development Bank for12 years (1998 – 2010). During that period he worked mainly in the agriculture, agribusiness, naturalresource management, environmental, climate change, and integrated rural development sectors. Hesuccessfully worked on many multi-million US Dollar projects in many countries across Africa includingNigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Gambia, Kenya, Uganda, Lesotho and Angola. He has delivered in theseprojects and achieved the intended project goals/ objectives on time and within budget.

Paul Henning - COO

Paul has travelled extensively throughout South, East and West Africa and his innovative, hands – onapproach ensures effective and efficient results.

He obtained an Instrument Mechanician trade at Iscor, Newcastle. Thereafter he was employed as educationand training advisor by the Metal & Engineering Training Board and later by Merseta.

As member of a mechanical & structural construction company he was actively involved in the installation &commissioning a wide range of projects including:• Automotive Industry at Toyota, Prospecton - Assembly Line & Paint shop, Toyota Boshuko - PolyurethaneSeat carousel & Mothersons - robotic spray paint plant for automotive components• Paper & Pulp at PG Bison - Production Lines, SAPPI – Papermill, Sonae Novobord - Chipboard ProductionLine, Willaiam Tell – Chipboard Production Line• Food & Beverage at SAB, ABI, CDM & Heineken – Bottling lines• Iron & Steel – Micro Steel – relocation of a Stainless-steel mini mill.

Paul also managed the design, manufacturing and erection of structural steel for several mini-malls inEastern Cape. He redesigned the components to reduce the weight of the structure.

Bryce Harvey - CFO

Bryce has a B Comm accounts degree and is a registered Professional Accountant and Tax Practitioner. Bryceis also the owner of Ward Harvey & Associates accounting where he has worked with a wide range of clientsfor the past 23 years. Bryce and Hendrik have a longstanding working relationship over the past 16 years,resulting in Bryce taking leadership of Henning & Harvey’s financial division.

Heineken RGB Line Installation Abidjan Ivory Coast - 2016

Mandlakazi Water Treatment Works

SBT Civils Sub-contracted Henning and Harvey for the Earthworks,Roadworks and Stormwater for the Construction of Mandlakazi Phase 5Water Treatment Works.

Henning and Harvey was subcontracted on the mechanical installationof a pasteurizer and bottle washer for a recycled glass bottle line. Theplant processes 40 000 bottles per hour.

Mkuze Airport and Gateway Development

Jozini Hydro-Electrical Power Plant

Umhlosinga Development Agency (UMDA) have appointed Ngubane and Associates with Henning &Harvey under the formulation of the Capital Project Mkuze Gateway. The project area is situated onthe eastern side of Mkuze town, which is approximately 350 km from the city of Durban. This is aninternational airport, catering for Category 3 aircraft, seating up to 100 Passengers. It also includesfacilities for Hospitality, a Retail Leisure Zone, Cultural Heritage, Office Park and Residential complexes.

UMDA have appointed Ngubane and Associates with Henning& Harvey under the formulation of the Capital Project Hydro-Power Plant at Jozini Dam - South Africa’s fifth largest damwith a capacity of 2,445,000,000 m³. The original design of thedam made provision for the installation of hydro-powerturbines on the southern bank of the river where a series ofdraw off pipes have been installed to draw from the dischargeline to the irrigation channel.

The figure below shows the study area of theMkuze Airport which will include both the airportterminal development as well as the precinctgateway development.

Kabwe Cargo and Logistics International Airport

The Government of Zambia has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Henning andHarvey for the construction of Kabwe Cargo and Logistics International Airport. The project is currentlyat a preliminary stage and is a public private partnership (PPP) basis between Zambian Governmentand H&H. This project is comprised of a metropolitan sub-region where the layout, infrastructure, andeconomy are centered on an airport which serves as a multimodal "airport city" commercial core.
