AES Group olarak Güneydoğu Asya’da kurduğumuz satış ağımız ile faaliyetle-rimizi arttırıyoruz. Tayland, Vietnam,

Endonezya, Malezya, Filipinler’de yaptı-ğımız satışlar ile sektörün önemli oyun-

cularından birisi olma yolunda hızla ilerliyoruz.

Firmanız ve faaliyetleriniz ile ilgili bize bilgi verebilir misiniz;Steinert Co LTD şirketinin Güneydoğu Asya’daki izleri 20 yıl önce başladı. Merkez Ofis uzun soluklu başa-rı hikayesinin köklerinin başladığı ve kısa sürede tüm Güneydoğu Asya’ya yayıldığı yer olarak Bangkok’ta ku-ruldu. Bugün Steinert Vietnam, Endonezya ve Filipinler-de’de kendi alt bayilikleri ve diğer uzun dönem ortak-lıkları ile Güneydoğu Asya’da faaliyetlerini sürdürüyor. Ahşap işleme sektörü için her tür yapışkanın olduğu sarf malzemeler ile diğer sektörler için de hızlı şekilde tamamlanabilen yapışkanlar faaliyetlerini oluşturuyor.

Müşterilerden gelen dönüşler ve talepler sonucunda Steinert bir sonraki adım olarak makine bölümünü ha-yata geçirdi. Steinert sadece rekabetçi ürünleri ile değil aynı zamanda tüm alanlardaki güvenilir servis faaliyet-leri ile de biliniyor. Bangkok’taki showroom’un dışında yeni personel istihdamı ve pazardan gelen hızla artan talepler ile bunların eğitimi konusunda önemli yatırımlar gerçekleştirdi. Kısa sürede personel sayısı 100 civarına kadar artış gösterdi.

AES ile bağlantınız nedir ve ne kadar süredir birlikte çalışıyorsunuz?

AES CNC İşleme teknolojileri alanında stratejik ortağı-mız, başarılı işbirliğimiz 2017 yılı içerisinde artan önemli satış rakamları ile 3.yılına giriyor. Şu anda AES ve Ste-inert mobilya sektöründe memnun müşterileri ile ana oyuncuların başında geliyor.

AES’nin sizin için en güçlü yanı nedir? Ürün ve servis-lerimiz ile ilgili düşünceleriniz nelerdir?

AES Steinert’in farklı alanlarda Pazar aktivitilerini des-tekliyor, bu durum açık şekilde ortak başarının anah-tarı. Müşteri taleplerine ile satış ile satış sonrası servis taleplerine reaksion süreleri AES’nin en önemli güçlü yanlarından birisi. AES 2017 yılında Steinert’in Bang-kok’ta düzenlediği ilk Steinert Teknoloji Günlerine maki-nelerini çalıştırmak için 2 personeli ile katılım gösterdi.

Yine de güçlü satış ve servis desteği geniş bir ürün çeşitliliği ile kombinasyon sağlanabilirse önemli bir rol oynayabilir, bu alanda AES partnerleri ve müşterilerini dinlemenin ne kadar önemli olduğunun farkında. AES müşteri taleplerini izlemek ve bazı makine satışlarının ancak makinelerin yerel pazar ile uyumlu hale gelmesi sonucunda mümkün olabileceği durumlarda daha ileri gitme konusunda tereddüt etmiyor.Yaklaşan VEGA 5X promosyonu Steinert’in müşterileri için kesinlikle çok fazla merak uyandıracak. Güçlü gövde yapısıyla VEGA 5X sadece iyi bileşenlerden oluşması dışında aynı zamanda rekabetçi fiyatı ile geliyor. Steinert ve AES bu Eylül ayında VEGA 5X modelini IFMAC/Woodmac fuarın-da sergileyecek, aynı zamanda 17 Mayıs 2018 tarihin-de 2. Steinert Teknoloji Günlerinde VEGA 4X ve SIRIUS 950M modellerinin de sunumunu gerçekleştirecek.

Could you mentioned about your company and activi-ties; The trading house Steinert Co LTD started to leave its mark in South East Asia more than 20 years ago. The head-office was established in Bangkok where the long term success story took its roots and spread soon all-over South East Asia. By today Steinert operates in Viet-nam, Indonesia and Philippines with its own subsidiaries and in remaining SE Asia with long term partnerships. Consumables such almost all kind of adhesives for the woodworking industry were quickly complemented by consumables for other industries.

Based on customer feedback and inquiries the next step at Steinert was the implementation of a machinery division. Not only is Steinert known for its competitive products but also for their reliable service in all fields of activities. Besides a showroom in Bangkok considerable investments were made in employing new staff and its training to cope with the fast growing demand in the markets. The number of employees rose quickly to a level of about 100.

What is your relation with AES and how long have you been working together?AES is an exclusive and strategic partner in the field of CNC processing. The successful cooperation now enters the 3rd year with a considerable increase in sales in 2017. AES and Steinert do now count a good number of the main players in the furniture industry as their satis-fied customers.

What is most powerful side of AES for you? What do you think about our products and services?

AES supports the market activities of Steinert in vari-ous field which is obviously the base of the common success. Shortest reaction times to customer inquires as well as service and sales support are definitely one of the strong points of AES. AES participated at the 1st Steinert Technology Days in 2017 in Bangkok with 2 of its staff to demonstrate their machines in action.

However a strong sales and service support can only play a role in combination with a complete product range. In this field AES understands how important it is to listen to their exclusive partner and to the customer. AES never fails to go the extra mile when it comes to following customer requests and some of the machi-ne sales only become possible because of the machine adaptation to the local market.The upcoming promotion of the Vega 5x will surely stir a lot of interest at Stei-nert’s customer base. The strong built Vega 5x is not only fully equipped with the finest components on offer but also comes with a very competitive price. Steinert and AES are going to display the Vega 5x at IFMAC/Wo-odmac exhibition in Jakarta this September. On 17. May 2018 the 2nd Steinert Technology will take place with a VEGA 4X and a SIRIUS 950M ready for demonstration to impress!

Working table consists of the latest tech-nology vacuum consoles and blocks. Each console has vacuum blocks and

reference pistons, thanks to this units referecing and piece immobilization can

be made easily. Unloading pistons on consoles allows to make easy unloading of the piece. Number of consoles can be

increased optionally.
