2 yrs with 128 contact hrs

Issue: disinterested in unrelated content

attendance not mandatory or monitored

Solution: peer facilitation thru relevant input

and VLE forum exchange

Individual learning in a cohesive group has more benefits than one to one

training, & individuals often exceed their own perceived potential.
