ESTIMTED COST
• The total GFA ( m²) of project is 244.25m².
• Estimated cost for main building works is RM 293,100.00 (RM1200/m²)
• Estimated cost for cold water and sanitary plumbing is RM 8,548.75 (RM35/m²)
• Estimated cost for M&E is RM 7,327.50 (RM30/m²)
• Total of cold water and M&E is RM 15,876.25
PC & PROVISIONAL SUM
• 10 % of cold water & sanitary AND M&E = installation fee (RM1,587.63)
• 10 % of main building work = Contigencies
(RM 29,310.00)
TENDERING SYSTEM
