As a registered Building Surveyor, John has been practising as a private certifier for in excess of twentyyears. During this time; John has developed strongrelationships with authorities and become well know and respected within the industry

John provides a depth of experience in all areas of the private and public sector industries, affording him the knowledge and experience to consult on a variety ofprojects. Clients include, but are not limited to,DHHS, Superfunds, Government Departments and private and public development/construction companies.

Possessing a Graduate Certificate in Performance Based Building and Fire Codes also affords John with the expertiseand ability to assess Alternative Solutions. This credentialprovides the opportunity to achieve cost savings and efficient project outcomes.

Jacob has over eight years experience in the Building Surveying Industry and has worked on numerous forms of projects across all sectors ofconstruction, with a major focus on apartments and residential developments.

With experience in commercial, industrial andresidential sectors, Jacob provides the designteam with the required knowledge and assis-tance in the regulatory review and assessment of building design compliance.

Jacob also has extensive knowledge in the assessment and treatment of alternate building solutions under the Performance Provisions of the Building Code of Australia which assists in satisfying client, team and statutory authority requirements.

With over six years’ experience in the Building Surveying Industry, Baris is skilled in a number of sectors including Airport, Residential, Health Care, Commercial and Educational projects.

Baris also retains extensive experience in carrying out Building Audits in accordance with the Essential Safety Measures and has as firm knowl-edge of Performance Provisions of the BCA and Australian Standards.

Baris also offers technical assistance for both Victorian and Western Australia Regulations

Soloman maintains five years’ experience as a Building Code Consultant, with expertise in a multitude of projects including Retail Fit-outs, Warehouse Developments, Residential Develop-ments, Educational Facilities and Commercial Audits . Well-resourced; with a Bachelor of Technology (Building Surveying) and Graduate Certificate in Performance based Building and Fire Codes, Soloman has developed strong working relationships with local Councils, CFA, and the MFB.
