What AreCrystal Grids?

Crystal Grids consist of stones placed in concise, geometric shapes

in order to affect the flow of energy for a specific purpose. Basically,

a crystal grid is a special arrangement of healing stones, used with

intention, to manifest a desired result. The properties of the stones

used, combined with their arrangement in a sacred geometric

configuration, creates a unique energy frequency that can be used

to enhance your intention and ability to manifest. Using crystal grids

is very powerful as it combines the energy of the stone with Sacred

Geometry (the language of the Universe). In this way, the crystal

energy is enhanced exponentially because your intention is being

amplified through the stones and then sent out to the Universe in a

clear and direct way through the sacred geometric formations.

In this ekit I’ve created a special CrystalGrid Recipe for focus, help studying, mentalclarity, and BIG motivation.

I’ve chosen to use Golden Tiger’s Eye,Rainbow Fluorite, and Carnelian for this grid.

TIGER’S EYE, GOLDEN: Use at the 3rdChakra (Solar Plexus Chakra) for grounding,to increase psychic powers, to encourage therising of the kundalini through the chakras, forprotection, to stimulate compassion, to aid onein sorting through details and to aid incompleting tedious tasks, to pull togethermany details in order to make sense of awhole, to aid in removing negative habits, toinstill selfconfidence and innerstrength, topromote equality, to banish depression, to healthe eyes, to treat disorders of the reproductivesystem, to aid in healing broken bones, to helpone succeed on tests and exams, & toencourage success in business meetings.



FLUORITE, RAINBOW: (Also known as Rainbow Fluor Spar) Use at the 6thChakra (Third Eye Chakra/Brow Chakra) or at the 7th Chakra (Crown Chakra)for protection, to block electromagnetic pollution, to reduce stress, totransform negative energy into positive energy, for maintaining balance in thephysical body, to strengthen the intuition, to improve concentration, topromote confidence in oneself, to improve coordination, to dispel mentalillness, to show the truth in any situation, to aid in objectivity and fairjudgment, to balance the emotional body, to relieve symptoms of infection, toprotect against viruses, to stimulate the intellect, to enhance clarity of mindand lucidity, to stimulate relief of stiff joints, to relieve arthritis pain, to cleansethe mind, body, and spirit, to help heal injuries of the spine, to reducegeopathic stress, to diminish pain related to the nervous system, to healblemishes and other skin problems, to encourage accurate psychic readings,and to treat unhealthy bone marrow.



CARNELIAN: Use at the 1st Chakra (Root Chakra/Base Chakra), at the 2ndChakra (Sacral Chakra), or at the 4th Chakra (Heart Chakra) to help you feelgrounded, increase motivation, stimulate success in business and financialendeavors, assist you in overcoming negative thought patterns and selflimiting beliefs, enhance sexual energy, improve concentration, opens yourheart chakra to divine guidance and love, instill a sense of peace and calmingwithin the user, remove negative energy from items or from your environment,help lessen pain associated with the back or with the sciatic nerve, speed uprecovery of broken bones, remedy sluggish digestion by enhancing thedigestive fire, aid with emotional balance, help heal the reproductive organs,and increase blood circulation.


Create Your GridStep-By-Step

Here are my easy, stepbystepinstructions for creating thiscrystal grid.

1) Print out the Crystal GridTemplate that’s included with thiseKit. If you want to keep it simpleand just create a basic study aidgrid, choose the simple template. If, however, you’re like me andcan sometimes use a little kick inthe tush to get you motivated,choose the fancier template.

2) Create an affirmation or intention statement as the focus of your grid. Youmay customize this to exactly what you’d like to get out of working with thegrid through the CCH Program, or you may want to use one of the affirmationsI’ve included here: AFFIRMATION #1: If you’re using the more basic gridtemplate, try this affirmation, “I learn the information and techniques in mycrystal healing classes with ease. I am mentally clear and able to easily focuson what I am learning. Studying about crystal healing comes naturally to me.” AFFIRMATION #2: If you’re choosing the fancier grid template (because youneed some help getting amped up about being in a classroom setting again),then try this affirmation, “I am excited and motivated to learn about crystals. Ilook forward to my materials and assignments each week and I learn withease. I am mentally clear and able to easily focus on what I am learning.”



3) Gather the stones needed for the grid; be sure they are cleansed (if youhaven’t watched the class video or read the class manual yet, we covercleansing in detail there’s also some awesome info. About cleansing in thebonus materials).

4) Place the Golden Tiger’s Eyestone into the center circle on thegrid template. Be sure to place thisstone with intention…as you’replacing the crystal onto the gridtemplate, say your affirmation eitheraloud or silently to yourself. Optionally, you may place a writtenversion of your intention beneaththis stone at the very center of yourcrystal grid. Your grid should nowlook something like this:



5) Place the Rainbow Fluorite stonesin the outside circles of the crystal gridtemplate. Place them exactlycentered on the remaining circlesbecause proper alignment of thesacred geometry shape is necessaryfor proper energy flow. As you areplacing each of the remaining sixstones, state your intention for them(what energy do they bring to thegrid?) aloud or to yourself. Your gridshould now look something like this:

6) {OPTIONAL STEP IF YOU CHOSETHE FANCY TEMPLATE} You maychoose to further define your intention orpurpose with crystal energy by addingthe additional supporting stones (theCarnelian) to your grid. Follow theinstructions outlined in step #5 above asyou place these additional crystals. Ifadding the additional stones, your gridwill now look something like this:



7) Activate your crystal grid (use the method described in the section below).

8) Make time to connect to the energy of your grid regularly. You may want tomeditate in front of your grid each day for a few minutes, or just sit in thepresence of your grid to fill you up with mental clarity, focus, and motivation! Just be sure to hold space in your life for positive changes in whatever formis for your highest good.


ActivatingYour Crystal Grid

To activate and enhance the energy of thegrid, you may use a clear Quartz crystalpoint to link the energy of all the crystalswithin the grid. Activation is most effectiveif you visualize each of these connectionsas lines of white light, linking the energy ofeach individual stone into one cohesiveunit. If your grid is disturbed or if thecrystals are moved out of alignment, thegrid will need to be reactivated.

Point your wand over the center stone.Set your intention to link the energy of all stones within the grid so that theywork cohesively toward your intention.Moving from the center, “draw” a line to a stone on the outside of the grid.Moving clockwise, “draw” a line to the next stone on the outside of the gridand then back to the central stone.Move back up this same line to the stone you just came from, thenclockwise to the next outside stone, and then back again to the center.Continue in this fashion until you have connected all stones and arriveback in the center of the grid.Finally, point the point of your Quartz crystal toward the center of the gridto infuse it with universal energy so that it may carry out its purpose. It’simportant to hold your intention in mind while performing the activation. Remember, crystals work wonders on their own, but when they arecombined with the power of your intention, they’re unstoppable.

After you’ve created your

grid, it’s important to make

note of the positive

changes you see so that

you can track your

progress and growth. This
