Greetings GLCC Family, It has been a while, hasn't it? I (Asri) have been very busy in the past several weeks. I was entrusted with a new job in Sunday School at Friendship Baptist Church. I was asked to be the chairman of the Easter celebration for Sunday School. We wanted to make something that would really help the kids remember the true meaning of Jesus' sacrifice for sin and the significance of the Resurrection. I am a bit drained of energy by it all, but thank God the kids really understood with their hearts WHO they are in Christ, and now they can move forward in their faith. Starting this Friday, we will guide a new couple in premarital counseling. Vera and Victor are from Friendship Baptist. Please pray for us. Not only do we guide them in premarital counseling but we really want them to disciple teach them about LIFE itself.

Praise the Lord, my research papers have been received by Jaffray Seminary. Please pray with me about my next paper and also for the needed payment of 1.9 million Rupiah ($200). The title of the next paper I'm writing is "The Importance of Pre-Marital Counseling in the Minimization of Conflict in the Home". Our kids keep getting bigger. They are very happy with their new pets. We got them a couple "guinea pigs" who have reproduced and now number 7.

The vision of Choose Life Indonesia that we have been praying for IS being realized! The counseling center has become a place where people can share their lives with a sense of security. Many people now come to us for spiritual direction and counseling about various things because they believe in and trust the message of CLI.
