Results

Frequent updates. Green Mountain needed the ability to swiftly update pricing on their customer NCR forms and distribute them to sales people and retail locations.

Challenges

FedEx Office team members created an efficient online printing and distribution method. Each field sales person can go online, find the most recent documents, choose the correct recycled paper, and have them in hand within 48 hours no matter where they are.

Team members researched additional recycled paper options to specifically meet their guidelines. The paper was then stocked in the locations where employees and vendors printed their documents.

FedEx Office provides high-quality commercial offset printing for Green Mountain’s marketing collateral. FedEx Office also prints the retractable banners and window decals they need for trade shows and events.

Green Mountain uses the FedEx® shipping network. Files are sometimes distributed to nearby FedEx Office locations where they are digitally printed and held.

Green Mountain was pleased to learn that FedEx Office sustainability efforts have won awards. Many locations offer paper options such as 100 percent recycled, tree-free and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)-certified (meaning it helps support responsible use of forest resources). “Because of the success with the NCR forms and the ability FedEx Office had to meet our business and sustainability needs, we began printing all of our additional collateral through FedEx Office,” says Sarah Martin of the marketing department at Green Mountain.
