EvOLUTION IN RETIREMENT AND AGED CARE LIvINGIn May 2015, AVEO Group Ltd (formerly FKP Property Group)entered into an agreement with Springfield Land Corporationto develop 2500 new seniors housing units within Health City.
The development agreement for a 15 year period will seeAveo develop a fully Integrated seniors living community,known as AVEO Springfield, adjoining the Mater PrivateHospital Springfield.
The Grand Opening of Aveo Springfield stage one took place in2017. Stage one includes 66 independent living units, there arenow open and selling while construction on stage two is nowadvancing. The following schedules generally illustrate the architectural finishes, systems, fixtures and finishes
to be constructed as part of the Greater Springfield Specialty Suites (GSSS) as defined within this Project
Proposal. The following is to be read in conjunction with the attached architectural drawings which
further detail the design intent of the fabric of the building.
The GSSS portion of the Project references the construction of a 5 level, commercial office space,
Retail and Restaurant spaces to the Ground Level (fitout by others) and two levels of car parking
- all in accordance with the Architectural documents contained within this proposal.
This development is to be completed on Lot 17 of SP257480 (Lot reconfiguration by others) and
shares common boundaries with Lot 15 (Quest Apartments). All required easements and subdivisions
are to be managed and executed by SLC.
It is noted that the structural wall at the Lot 15/17 boundary has been allowed as a shared party wall.
Any required BMP, easement or other associated titling activities are to be completed by SLC.
