    While closed sales are up for all property type over the last 12months, they have risen the strongest in 2 bedroom single-familyhomes and seen the weakest gains in 3 bedroom single-family

    homes.

    The price range with the largest increase in sales over the last 12months has been the $75,001 to $100,000 range, where sales haveincreased by 17.4 percent. The range with the weakest sales? The

    segment below $75,000, where sales have dipped by 2.4 percent.

    Market times are increasing for all property types, but condominiumsare seeing larger increases than single-family detached homes. The

    price range with the largest increase in market time is above$200,000.
