The Golden Retriever Club of NSW Inc. recognises all serious and realistic endeavours to improve the overall quality of the Golden Retriever, particularly, Breed Type, Conformation, Temperament and Hereditary Defects.

Advertising and All Correspondence: should be forwarded to the Hon. Secretary with any appropriate fees.

Titles Gained Notification: should be forwarded in writing to the Hon. Secretary.

Show/Trial Results: should be submitted to the Publicity Officer by the tenth day of each month on the form provided. The previous two months only results will be printed. Please note that Open Show and Parade results are not eligible for publication.

Newsheet Copy: The date for Newsletter material is the Fourteenth Day of Each Month. Material received after the closing date may be held over for the following Newsletter.

Litter Advertisements: Copies of hip & Elbow scores and heart & eye certificates for BOTH the Sire and Dam, with tattoo and/or microchip numbers included, must be registered with the club, together with the signed Register form, before any litter notifications will be accepted for advertisement or added to the Puppy Referral List. All litter notifications will be listed in the Newsletter. Eye Certificates must be current and CLEAR. Current is defined as being within 12 months. Those advertising litters must have been a financial member of the GRC Inc for the preceding 12 months.

Please ensure that payment is made at the time of lodging an advertisement. Phone ads will not be accepted until payment is received.

Stud dogs must have all certificates stated, registered with the club. Eye certificates must be current. When advertising any dogs, ALL registered owners of the dogs being advertised must have been financial members of the club for the preceding 12 months.

NB – CERTIFICATES – As of the 5/8/97 the GRC of NSW Inc accepts hip, eye, elbow and heart certificates, only of animals that can be positively identified by microchip or/ and tattoo. Details must be on all relevant certificates. Animals already holding certificates to be exempted.
