Apparel : trendy dresses, blouses, handbags, and accessories. Made from rich materials and organic

cotton, which reiterates our focus to provide great experience and quality

to the consumer.

Gifts : tea sets for both young and mature, tiered serving trays, and

everything needed to host a private tea party.

Products & Services Cont’d…Food : a variety of teas such as Earl Grey, chamomile,

pomegranate, jasmine and English breakfast tea. Crumpets, sandwiches, soups, salads, and various other desserts are also included on the daily menu.

Slight changes made to accommodate seasonal items.

Services : different party packages for celebrated occasions. From birthdays, wedding showers, baby

showers, or even a little girl’s “first tea party”. These packages include step-by-step planning of the event from food to décor to photography and everything in

between.

Herbal TeasSky Blossoms : rose, orange and apple are blended with delicate sky-

blue cornflower blossoms to create a mesmerizing mix. Memorable and caffeine-free.

Ruby Ripe : great tea for our younger demo! All fruit and no caffeine, this blend of ripe berries, sweet apples and tart cherries has a tangy flavor and ruby color.

MINT CHAMOMILE : Cool and deeply refreshing, the finest chamomile buds and peppermint leaves create an exceptionally uplifting blend that is caffeine-free.

ROOIBOS CHAI : High-quality South African rooibos — known for being high in antioxidants, this tea is peppered with cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and anise to make a sensational Chai. Allow 5 to 7 minutes for steeping.

Sugar & Spice : Add some Hibiscus & Cinnamon to this and you’ll get something… fantastic! Rooibos tea and honeybush blended with warm cinnamon and hibiscus flower.

Price Points

Event Pricing : Based on the simplicity or extravagant nature the client wishes to portray. These events start at $200 and go up from there. Events include reign of

the tea party rooms and multiple food options. Apparel and Gifts : range from $5 to $100, which are competitively priced depending on the quality of the

goods. Menu Options : range from $3 to $15 for a la carte items and entrees. $40 for guests who want to enjoy multiple tea options with friends. Includes 3 pots of tea, crumpets, choice of sandwiches, and choice of

desserts (serves 4).

Target Market

The tea, pastry, and retail clothing markets have the capability of appealing to a wide range of

demographics…..the target market primarily of women ages 18-60, but goes beyond this group for its different

products and services. Most of our clients enjoy an eclectic experience, are urban

dwellers, and have disposable income to spend on great tasting libations. They also include mothers, business

professionals, and socialites. The 18-60 group is an easy fit for the array of product/ services we offer.

By establishing this type of venture in an urban

lifestyle-shopping center like that of Shops of Legacy, it can properly target the consumer who

enjoys this type of hedonic and utilitarian combination.

Consumer Experience

Everyone needs sustenance and clothing, and Grandionce Crumpets provides these products on a level that is quite

superior to those of other retail stores or restaurants.

The interior aesthetics of the store create a hedonic experience with its pastel walls, large paintings, regal purple couches, large velvet

covered chairs, decorative area rugs, golden and crystal chandeliers and ornate crown molding. This interior creates great

excitement among clients and transports them to an authentic British tea parlor/shop.

Enormous windows on all sides alleviate some of the richness of the interior and allow for a soothing look into the courtyard outside.

This exterior space allows for a more natural and tranquil tea drinking experience with its lush landscape and picturesque

fountain.

level. The bus tours the

shopping center as well as other parts of the city.
