The PropertyThe Grand Inn of Moorhead Minnesota is a 68-unit hotel in a metropolitan area of 233,836 (2015 est.) peo-ple. This is an economy segment hotel whose primary guests are contractors and leisure transient travelers. The rooms feature 32-inch flat panel TV’s and the bathrooms are tiled.

The entrance and porte cochere face south with great exposure and the property has a spacious parking lot with parking in both front and back.
