Upon completion of your on-line application, you will receive a record locator ID as confirmation. Please print and bring it to Kauai to present to the licensing agent.
Please be advised that the State of Hawaii Department of Health Vital Records agency estimates that you will receive your official marriage certificate between 90 – 120 days after you are married.
