FUELING FOR PERFORMANCE TEEN(Ages 11 - 16 years)Fueling for Performance Teen is a 5-week lesson series designed to teach athletes the basics of fueling their body with the nutrients to get the most out of their training and competitions. Program consists of weekly meetings with an Altru registered dietitian & certified personal trainer who provide support andmotivation to aid young athletes in enhancing performance.

Youth Nutrition Classes SIMPLE SNACKSYear-round community nutrition class focusing on education about snacks that don’t require cooking. A great class for kids, families, parents, & grandparents.
