Homographs or Homonyms:A word or a group of wordsthat share the same spelling but have different meanings.
e.g., right(the right side) and right(correct).
Words that sound the same & are spelled the same but havehave different meanings.
Homonyms/Homographs:
Example:
lead (the metal) and lead (verb).

Homographs/homonyms can have thesame or different pronunciations, e.g., well (adjective, to be healthy) well (noun, a spring or naturalSource of water) lead (noun, the metal) lead (verb, to take charge).

Identifying the correct meaning for the homograph/homonym word in context:
