H After Registration, the graduates are requested to be in their seats by 9:30 a.m.

H All are requested to rise from their seats when the procession enters the auditorium. They canresume their seats after the members of the procession have taken their seats.

H At the close of the celebrations, all are requested to remain standing when the National Anthem is sung and until the procession leaves the auditorium

H Children below the age of 12 and infants are not permitted

H Cell phone is prohibited inside the auditorium

H Separate seating arrangement (inside/outside) are made for parents and accompanyingpersons.

Vice President, Global Head IBM Center of Excellence, Tata Consultancy Services have done her MS in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. She held a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Anna University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the Madras University. She has over 30 years of experience in winning, executing and managing engagements involving various areas of software engineering for clients across the world. She is currently the Global Head for TCS IBM Center of Excellence. She has widely travelled to many countries to meet the customers across various industry verticals.

She has been conferred the “Top Women in IT” by DATAQUEST for two consecutive years and has been showed as a role model in TCS DAWN (Diversity and Women's Network) initiative. She has received the Banker's Technology Award. The best trainer award for conducting Initial Learning Program (ILP) across various branches from the TCS senior management. She has received the distinguished Alumnus Award and Achievers award. She has been appointed by her Excellency the Governor, Chancellor of AU as the member of the Academic Council of Anna University, Chennai for a period of three years.

She is the National Committee Chairperson on Information Technology as ASSOCHA M Ladies League (ALL).She has been the secretary for IEEE and an active Alumni of Anna University and IIT. She has been part of curriculum advisory board, Governing councils for several Institutions and conceptualized many Faculty Development Programs for Academia. She is a Key Advisory Board Member for the Z / OS Certification program offered by the prestigious Marist College in U.S.A.

Ms.Hema Gopal

. He was an acclaimed architect and educationalist serving the fraternity for the past three decades most recently as the Executive Member of the Council of Architecture since 2004.

Prof. Uday Gadkari, held Master's degree in City Planning from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and has also served as a senior faculty at Department of Architecture, VNIT Nagpur from where he graduated in 1981.He was first elected to the Council of Architecture in 2002. Prof. Gadkari is also the Director of I.D.E.A.S. an architecture college based in the Orange city and has also served as the Principal of Priyadarshini College of Engineering & Architecture, Nagpur. He had his wide contributions in the field of architectural education in the country.

He has earlier served as Chairman of Postgraduate Education Board. With a wide experience of teaching for over 30 years at the UG & PG level he has been awarded with the Best Teacher Award by the Indian Institute of Architects, Nagpur Centre, Prof. Gadkari's progressive agenda is centred around constructive thoughts like the importance of inter-disciplinary research, innovative ways to promote Industry-Institute-Interaction and revival of CoA through reforms. A great man, multifaced, a thorough gentleman, a fantastic teacher and a very good friend when needed. Prof. Gadkari shaped numerous lives and the list goes on. A person can't say enough and thank him enough if he ever had the privilege of knowing him.
