Whereas, for wide publicity and information of the candidates, the provisional appointment order was placed on the official website of the Directorate and was also published in the leading local dailies through Information & Public Relations Department;

Whereas, the above named Fifteen (15) candidates failed to join before the concerned Chief Education Officers within the stipulated time period of 21 days, which indicates that they are not interested to join on the post/Department,

Whereas, in terms of circular instructions issued by GAD 'vide No. 08-JK(GAD) of 2019 dated: 04/12/2019, the candidates who fail to join within a period of 21 (Twenty one) days from the date of issuance of the appointment order shall forego their right to appointment which shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio without any further notice", which was reflected in their appointment orders as well;

Now, therefore, sanction is accorded to the cancellation of the provisional appointment order as "General/Science-Math/Urdu Teacher" issued vide Order No. 03 bSEK of 2020 & 04 DSEK of 2020 Dated: 07/01/2020 so far as it pertains to Fifteen (15) appointees (whose names are reflected at Para 01) ab-initio.
